UNICEF condemns apartheid gulag Israel over Palestinian children's rights violation

A damning report by UNICEF. Titled Children in Israeli military detention, it accuses apartheid Israel of gravely violating children's basic rights in the occupied Palestinian territories.

UNICEF says Nazi style Israel violates the rights of Palestinian children from the moment they are arrested and it goes on through out the conviction and sentencing process.
UNICEF's report had 38 specific recommendations for Israel to improve the protection of children in line with international laws.

The village of bet umar we're told has one of the highest rates of child arrests. The story of Zein a Palestinian child who spent 11 months in detention inside Israeli prisons seems to be a case in point for UNICEF's report which says that Israel's ill treatment of Palestinian children is widespread systematic and institutionalized. Zein was arrested in the middle of the night, was beaten at the time of his arrest and during the interrogation. He had no lawyer present and last but not least he was tried by a military court in the Ofer military prison. All in violation of the convention on the rights of the child which Israel is a signatory on.
