Dr. Tanveer Ahmed Scapegoated - Thought Reform And The Psychology Of A Domestic Abuse Charity Part 1

By In the March 2015 Spectator Australia  “Lynched by the feminist mob-ette“,  Dr. Tanveer Ahmed used a phrase that would have bankrupted all of Las Vegas, it rang so many cherries.

“…a recommitment program to make sure my views were in keeping with the movement”
So many will look at that sentence and see nothing of significance, and yet “recommitment program” is a key to unlock the Pandora’s Box of the institutionalisation that is White Ribbon Australia. I actually see no hope in that box either.

Given the passage of time, and the reduction in Emotive Media Focused Hyperbole drummed up against others by White Ribbon Australia, the patterns of aberrant conduct are clear to see. That is, if you know how to read the road map and jargon. The more I watch, hear, and see the more I am aware of feminist and feminised institutions, like White Ribbon Australia, that act, manifest and behave as Cults and Totalitarian Regimes. It’s part of their DNA and they just can’t seem help themselves or control their own nature and behaviour. They can’t have people thinking for themselves, and have to reform all thinking and make it fit only one world view.

When people hear the word Cult they imagine the likes of Jim Jones and Kool-aid, or they “Other” the issue by thinking of ashrams in India, or some Loons waiting to be picked up by little green men and taken away to the planet Zog. What so many fail to grasp is just how easy “Coercive Control” is and just how vulnerable we all are.
“Undue Influence” is defined in law as “Influence by which a person is induced to act otherwise than by their own free will or without adequate attention to the consequences.“.[*
But, it does not just have meaning in law. Steven Hassan, a world authority of Cults and Recovery, says of Undue influence;

We like to think that we are rational people in control of our minds, but the facts are that we are very social beings, with a mind that’s very adaptive to our environment. We are far more susceptible to influence that we would ever like to believe[*].
Hassan has broken down Cult Behaviour into four readily digested bite size chunks. He builds on the works of Lifton who analysed and broke down the issues of Brainwashing. But as Hassan points out, when you people think of Brainwashing they recognise a defined enemy and the use of propaganda. There is a clear them and us boundary. When it comes to Mind Control this occurs under the guise of an equitable relationship, under the guise of equality and mutual support.
Hassan also builds on Judith Herman’s work, where she looks at how Trauma, both actual and feared, can force a person into inaction and complicity with their own abuse, manipulation and detention.

“Captivity, which brings the victim into prolonged contact with the perpetrator, creates a special type of relationship, one of coercive control. This is equally true whether the victim is taken captive entirely by force, as in the case of prisoners and hostages, or by a combination of force, intimidation, and enticement, as in the case of religious cult members, battered women, and abused children. The psychological impact of sub-ordination to coercive control may have many common features, whether that subordination occurs within the public sphere of politics or within the private sphere of sexual and domestic relations.
In situations of captivity, the perpetrator becomes the most powerful person in the life of the victim, and the psychology of the victim is shaped by the actions and beliefs of the perpetrator.[*]
Hassan’s work has resulted in his BITE Model of Cult Mind Control. It focuses upon the four main factors linked to Coercion and Mind Control, and avoids the Them Vs Us – “There has to be a visible enemy” thinking that is conjured up by the term Brainwashing. BITE is all about Manipulation, and it’s not a 1,2,3 step program either. The manipulation of the Four BITE elements are not a sequence by dynamic.

Often coercion and control will start with manipulated information which is primarily aimed at manipulation of Emotions and Thinking, and that leads to the person visibly altering their behaviour to fit in. Why be seen publicly flogging someone when you can get them to put on a collar and hand you the leash and believe it’s all their own choice…. and even have the Public Applaud it all.
Having looked closely at everything in the public domain, to me White Ribbon Australia is like a maniacal abstract painter. They wield their overly laden paint brush, make massive uncontrolled strokes, sweeping gestures and hope that the details will be missed by anyone more expert in drawing detailed conclusions from facts and the diminishing small print! Frankly, The COE Libby Davies is a Liability as she confabulates and is so easily caught when she tries to cover up! As a supposed intelligent business leader she’s incompetent and ignores the 11th commandment “Thou Shalt Not Get Caught Out”. 
In his 14 March Spectator article “Lynched by the feminist mob-ette“, Dr Ahmed wrote about the destabilizing confusion that he experienced. This was most insightful “Nurses at my psychiatric hospital in western Sydney took me aside to apply their counseling skills to the public assaults on my character. ‘You’ve really pissed some people off, doc. Are you OK?’  This encounter occurred while actual patients were threatening self harm on the ward.“. Such shocked confusion and instability is not a sign of weakness or frailty, but often occurs when you are under psychological attack from those who lack moral boundaries and limits to their conduct.
But then again – and organisation such as White Ribbon that deals with Domestic Violence, Coercion and Mind Control  would know that. It’s part of their territory and work.
Anyone who has been anywhere near DV Victims can recognise in Dr Ahmed’s comments a victim dealing with the Psychological impact of abuse. Abusers so often keep moving the goal posts and demanding you follow rules they spontaneously invent. His report of events reads as a deliberate attack with realities being changed to make him look bad and The White Ribbon of Oz filled with saints.  Those trapped in this Mad House of changing mirrors and  shiftings shifting social focus find it overly hard, if not impossible, to communicate what is happening, and all too often the abuser is such a cool, controlled and well practiced liar they persevere under an unassailable facade of authority until that facade is exposed and the abuser underneath no longer able to hide.
Everywhere I turn, I keep finding that White Ribbon Australia is “not” focused upon reality, just the manufacture of false images and doubt that defends the organisation, their income and supposed social value in Australia. I keep being reminded of the 2003 Canadian documentary film “The Corporation“, which showed how business entities pervert social rules and conventions and act like Psychopaths. In fact, due to corporate law they have to. Charities run by individuals who have to take a defensive stance to protect their own employment and liabilities will also act this way.
White Ribbon Australia are in my opinion sentimental bullies – they keep demanding special treatment for women for sentimental reason and not based upon equality or reality. Because they adopt links to the UN, UNIFEM and Beaten Women they expect and demand that they are believed due to inherited notoriety. They manipulate others by Emotion and by presenting skewed and unbalanced information. I judge on actions, not who you claims to have had a connection with!
That abuse of perception has been in front of people in public, but many won’t see it unless helped to see it. I’ll use a common Cult Deprogramming technique which helps people see how language is manipulated in and around White Ribbon Australia. So you think you are immune to Undue Influence, and you can see everything so clearly? Lets take a ride and see how deep that Rabbit Hole goes!

It’s how human brains work in processing language. If someone uses the term “re-trail” it implies that there has been a “prior or first trial” to meet the needs of what people understand socially as The Law. Re-trail means a second trial after the first trial. If there is no trial the can be no re-trial. People would call it abuse of process.
Re-Commitment Program” is in fact what is known as “the language of non thought”.  You accept it as it is. You have been told this by authority and so it has to be true. You agree with the implication that a “Commitment Program” exists and so it’s logical, rational, normal and needed to not think and just accept the language used. When such language comes from authority it is even less likely to be questioned and accepted without any form of analysis, external validation or even fact checking.
People think it’s impossible to be duped massively, so I advise them to look at the likes of “Lord Jeffrey Archer“, whose academic qualification claims were bunkum, but people just accepted them. Yes he did have pieces of paper claiming he held qualifications from American Institutions. But they were easy to study for, and came mail order for 25 dollars… from a Body Building Business. Or how about  Alicia Esteve Head/Tania Head “The Woman Who Wasn’t There“,who mesmerised so many with her claims of survival a escape from the Burning Twin Towers on 9/11. She was actually attending classes in Barcelona at the time – her Fiance/Husband did not exist, though the man she claimed was her significant other did exist, and died  – and she claimed to be have been rescued by Welles Crowther, the famous “man in the red bandanna,” who lost his own life rescuing others. When caught out she apparently committed suicide, and yet has been seen shopping frequently in the The USA and her more native Spain. Yes she had visible burn injuries, but she had previously claimed these had come from a car crash in her Ferrari, and even from a riding accident at The Barcelona Polo Club …. but she never owned a horse.
The best lies and the hardest to detect and deal with are those concealed and wrapped about with a certain level of truth. Just as dealing with the claims of a bUlly takes time, and great clarity, the same applies with those who misdirect and hide mendacity in a well iced and decorated cup cake. You have to show not just the confabulations and lies, but exactly how they are being concealed so that the real truth can be grasped. Even then so many just look away because they can’t cope with the two realities: 1) that such abuse and manipulation exists for some with great ease, 2) that they are themselves so readily duped by such people.
Just as both Paul Elam and Dr Tara Palmatier have talked about how those with personality disorders cause professionals to spend great amounts of time discussing them, and this is a hallmark, the same is true of unraveling well constructed lies and deceptions. One of the defences of abusers is quite comical, when they accuse the person who has done all the hard work of digging, uncovering and analysing falsity of being Obsessive and Fixated. I wonder why they fear obsessional striving for truth and facts as so negative, and why they so often present their COUNTER accusations actuations with cool, calm certainty, and always avoid addressing the gaping holes that they dance around the edges of.
As Hassan points out, “..we are very social beings, with a mind that’s very adaptive to our environment.”, and we are all quite capable of filling in gaps when the only way to make sense of what is said to us is to believe that gap had to be filled. We are obliged to use false logic and circular reasoning to make sense of what is said.
One little prefix and a massive set of “loaded language” that the reader has to swallow to be able to move forward. Loftin spoke of how language is subject to “Constriction” and  the person becomes limited and controlled:

“For an individual person, the effect of the language of ideological totalism can be summed up in one word: constriction. He is, so to speak, linguistically deprived; and since language is so central to all human experience, his capacities for thinking and feeling are immensely narrowed. This is what Hu meant when he said, “using the same pattern of words for so long . . . you feel chained.” “.[*]
It’s a feature of confabulation (to fill in gaps in memory by fabrication) that things are said and claimed by the person speaking, to fill gaps in “their” memory and beliefs. You can even get “Institutional Confabulation” when you have many people making things up to paste over the cracks and keep a veneer of credibility in place. A skilled abuser can make people believe very odd things if they choose the right language and present it in the correct way – leaving people filling in gaps and convincing themselves of a truth that has never been spoken and which does not exist.
What is most amazing is that White Ribbon Australia have nothing that meets the basic expectations of either a “Commitment Program” or a “Re-Commitment Program” when people hear those words.

Again, You may well need to go back and read those words at least four more times, and then check that you have been able to exit the Rabbit hole by any available route.
That little (massively ironic) bit of “chicanery” by The White Ribbon Of Australia has the colour, form and pong of a fib told with a straight face by an accomplished liar. It smacks of a “sophisticate” in the field of psycholinguistics, and as such puts me on alert to analyse with great care everything said, reported, when, how and with any possible aims. Sorry but I’m a Total Pedant and Tenacious when it comes to tracking the stench of abusers and locating the abused. I’m a Bloodhound. I reference every sniff and scent, mapping out where it takes me! So many think that words and language are simple, but to abusers and especially Sociopaths, language is a tool to be used, manipulated and with that everyone who is exposed to that language is there to be manipulated.
Re-Commitment Program“: This term also implies that The White Ribbon of Australia is a forgiving temple.  Should  a person leave … erm … sorry ….  SHOULD A SINNER BE CAST OUT  from the protection of the gods, it is of course because the sinning mortal is in error.

  • You only commit to Good and proper things
  • If White Ribbon Australia has a Commitment program, it is for Good and proper people
  • Should you commit you are made good and proper
  • Once in the glory and glow of properness all will adore you
  • You shall naturally inherit and have transferred to you all forms of properness associated with White Ribbons
  • White Ribbon Australia is therefore not just Good and proper but supported by Good and proper people who inherit properness by mere association and by basking in the extra clean whiteness of well washed and biologically cleaned and bleached white ribbons
  • … and anyone who says otherwise is A SINNER AND EVILS AND ABUSES WIVES AND ALL WOMEN… AND NOT JUST THEIR OWN WIFE… THEY WILL GO TO A PARTY AND ABUSE ALL WIVE… EVEN THE ONES NOT PRESENT….COOTIES… PENIS… DEVIL… WE DO NOT SUPPORT MORAL PANIC AND MYTHOLOGY….. You can never criticise the Godhead and it’s conduct – The Godhead is always right and has Thunder Bolts poised to prove it! When you enter the Temple of The White Ribbon of Australia you are a supplicant for life, you may not change your religion without wrath being sent upon you! Anyone who doubts may leave in silence and in fear of speaking to others. They may not have freedom or humanity that endangers the Temples Primary Source of Revenue, Power and Social Standing.
When you compare the issues around recognised cult behaviours and White Ribbon Australia, there are no significant differences. I’ve seen the same patterns of abuse and misconduct against apostasy from Scientology, Soka Gakkai, AMWAY, Fundamentalist Christian Groups, Domestic Violence Refuge organisations and now White Ribbon Australia. If it wasn’t all so normal, predictable and recognisable it would be shocking to me. But It’s not. It’s just the forensic fingerprint of an organisation out of control and with abusers within …. as well as acting as a Corporate Psychopath defending itself at all costs.
Should you be cast out and agree to return, you may only do so after being Re-committed or reprogrammed to think, behave and speak the right way. Given that the facade of the temple is one of Great Humanity to the vulnerable, anyone who is cast out is a great sinner and tarnished for life … and if they won’t re-commit and confess their sinful ways, they are The Devil!
I thought Dr. Tanveer Ahmed, former ambassador, was a mature adult and not the equivalent of an 11 year alter boy, genuflecting upon command in clouds of choking incense, banding on an out of tune bell.
In case anyone wants to scream foul (and they will) and demands that what I quote is not from White Ribbon Australia but from Dr. Ahmed who said  do have a look at The White Ribbon Of Australia “Press Release”, 10 February 2015:

We have discussed the piece with Dr. Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed has agreed to participate in the Ambassador recommitment process, which includes training and the review of his suitability to remain a White Ribbon Ambassador.

The language originates from White Ribbon Australia and is theirs, and for the record, it’s not just a single occurrence . On 17 February 2018, Libby Davies, CEO of  White Ribbon Australia stated the following:

White Ribbon Australia has followed the due process in place to deal with a formal complaint against an Ambassador. After publication of our statement regarding the articles by Dr Ahmed and Clementine Ford, we received a number of formal complaints that were then referred to the Board. The Board investigated and assessed these complaints. As a result Dr Ahmed agreed to step down from his role as White Ribbon Ambassador at 4PM yesterday.
We want to reiterate that this process relates to the content of his opinion piece and his subsequent comments.
Following his suspension as a White Ribbon Ambassador, Dr Ahmed can seek to participate in an Ambassador recommitment process to determine whether or not he will continue working with White Ribbon Australia. This process will be overseen by the White Ribbon Australia Board. Consistent with our operating procedure this will be thorough and fair and will not automatically result in his reinstatement as a White Ribbon Ambassador.
Dr Ahmed has advised us he will make a statement available on his website.
A message from the CEO regarding Dr Tanveer Ahmed – 17 February 2015
So Ms Davies clarifies her beliefs that White Ribbon Australia has a “recommitment process“, and she also clarifies the exact date and time when Dr Ahmed was supposed to know – having apparently agreed himself – that he stopped being a White Ribbon of Oz ambassador, 4.00 pm 16 February 2015.
It’s amazing the Intensity of Language and Ideas, Buzzwords and more thrown about by White Ribbon Australia. They say, “due process in place“: I read that they have no procedure so came up with a lynching, and have to make it look good now. Another questionable use of language is “Consistent with our operating procedure“, which is an interesting claim. Why does Ms Libby Davies CEO feel the need to raise the existence of “operating procedure”  and imply that it’s “Consistent” to emphasize its existence? It looks to me like Confabulation, covering up internal failures and inventing a smokescreen to cover embarrassment and worse.
If there was less obvious panic and more finesse, if there was less over egging of the pudding and less embellishment, credulity may be encouraged. The use of “due process” is excessive and sounds to be a desperate need to build a structure of words that hides a lack of real structure and valid managment.
The”due process” drop in also links to known issues Libby Davies and her acolytes have with throwing around ideas of law, legal threat, seeking legal redress. There is an evident veneer of fear linked to legal issues, so I would hope there are no skeletons in closets dancing a jig!
It gets more elaborate and ornamental when there is the stressing of “The Board investigated and assessed these complaints.” followed by the negative “This process will be overseen by the White Ribbon Australia Board. Consistent with our operating procedure this will be thorough and fair and will not automatically result in his reinstatement as a White Ribbon Ambassador.”.
Who is Libby Davies addressing that bizarre “reassurance” at, and why does she have a need to do so in the first place? I hope that as CEO she is not having to address external undue influence that is “interfearing”(sic) in the effective operation of a national organization and charity? Tut Tut for any CEO who allows their organisation to be weaponised and made subservient to any other person’s agendas.
Of course – in their press release, and in the public statements of Libby Davies,  White Ribbon never define what an “Ambassador commitment process” is or what a “Re-commitment process is”. Just throw out the idea and leave people’s imaginations to take the words and form ideas around them. People trust authority figures, and if an authority figure is prone to manipulation and or abuse it makes it so easy to fool all of the people some of the time, but not everyone.
If anyone should ask for an explanation or evidence there can always be an excuses made: An overzealous press officer of underling to be nebulously pointed at and beneficently forgiven implied issues if impetuous youth and inexperience for sentimental reasons …. , except here its the Libby Davies CEO making it clear that both commitment process and recommitment process exists and they are linked to Due Process and Board Level Oversight as well as internal operating procedures. It’s amazing what you see when you’re not blinded how things are said. When to take the ornaments off the tree you can see both tree and wood.
They have “Due Process”, supposed “Ambassador Commitment Process”, even an “Ambassador recommitment process”, but they lack any process that convinces the public that any such claims are true! It all smacks of a Star Chamber of arbitrary methods and the Roughest of Justice for Dr. Ahmed.
When I searched the web globally, using multiple interrogation techniques, I noted the following:

  • “Ambassador commitment process” – DOES NOT EXIST,
  • “Ambassador re-commitment process” – Exists only in documents attacking Dr. Ahmed and are all created by White Ribbon Australia.
  • “Ambassador commitment program” – DOES NOT EXIST
  • “Ambassador re-commitment program” – DOES NOT EXIST
What is interesting is that the last term “Ambassador re-commitment program” does flag up the following from White Ribbon of Oz :

So forgive me if my alarm bells are ringing and the stench of White Ribbon Sulphurous Sophisty is in the air linked to pants made of napalm.
It seems that all Dr Ahmed had to do to meet the recommitment process provided for all ambassadors was get online, pull up a web page and tick some boxes. Not quite what many would take form the deliberate impression left by the CEO in her badly “veneered” press release.
Beyond that, it seems that such minor web activity is, as claimed by Libby Davies, “…overseen by the White Ribbon Australia Board”. Personally in management web based processes within a charity, I think it’s a waste of time, skills and resources to have board members watching web pages.
In my experience, Board Members are normally recruited for high level Managerial, Financial and Legal Skills and not for low level web management  – or could it just be that Ms Davies is using a High Falutin, Pompous and overblown veneer of  language to cover up the fact that White Ribbon is desperate to look legit, fair and professional and she’s finding it harder and harder to generate sufficient Hot Air to keep The Big Balloon up in the air.
“Completing an annual online re-commitment”: Now that just won’t do for a mirage of a whole complex process which has to be implied and inferred to make White Ribbon of Oz look like a professional and trustworthy group, speaking about Dr. Ahmed, the errant schoolboy who has refused to re-commit!
The process for becoming an ambassador is no more revealing or rigorous:

  • Application
  • Completion of First Steps: key knowledge and skills for White Ribbon Ambassadors online training.
  • Interview
  • Referee checks
Well if that is the standard of process you have to go through to commit to be an Ambassador, it’s a doddle to recommit and I find it hard to believe that Dr. Ahmed and The Board would not be capable of passing all parts in a matter of hours! I’ve had to go through more and and be vetted more vigorously to be able to go and arrange flowers in the Day Room at my local Cottage Hospital!
When you look at the supposed process of  The White Ribbon Of Oz and scratch the veneer of supposed competent professionalism off the surface, all you see is a farce. They say that the 9th commandment is “Thou Shalt Not Lie”, and the 11th commandment is “Thou Shalt Not be Caught Out as Liar”. To that I will add a 12th commandment for the temple of The Cult Of The White Ribbon of Australia “Thou Shalt be struck down for having pants on fire in public and making an arse of yourself.”.
I also looked at the claim made by Libby Davies that Dr Ahmed would be making a response on his own website on or around 17 February. Ms Davies so kindly gave a link to the site in her press release. Interestingly, Dr Ahemd appears to be unaware of his supposed intent to respond and there is No response to be found. So we have claims in a press release aimed mainly at the Press, Journalists and those who are so renowned(sarc) for impartiality and fact checking. Libby Davies leaves one following a link, finding no response and wondering why Dr Ahmed has not done as he said he would. Or rather “Why Dr. Ahmed has not done as stated he would by Libby Davies, and did he as claimed tell White Ribbon Of Oz He would make his own statement on his own website.”?
Everytime I look at events – who said what – when – how – where it leads you to Logically, Linguistically, into net archives and across all search engines , Dr Ahmed is only reporting accurately what has occurred, no matter how much White Ribbon of Australia strain to have everyone’s Incredulity glands in overdrive! So many forget that you can only fool all of the people some of the time, and when I see any organization publicly sprinting at high speed and pushing less than full reality at the media,  I’m reminded of Mark Twain — ‘A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.’.
Should I be surprised that the antics of White Ribbon Australia, an organisation steeped in the management of issues of Domestic Abuse, Negative Psychology, Control Issues, Coercive Behaviour which are all being used by that organisation to defend itself and control others?
From Public Misinformation to “Gaslighting” ( all three stages: ‘Idealization’ – ‘Devaluation’ – ‘Discarding’), the antics of White Ribbon Australia are there in the open to be seen, if you have the knowledge and understanding you see the abusive psychology brimming over.
White Ribbon Australia is acting as an abusive spouse to any one wedded to their supposed cause and who steps out of line. Many grasp the idiom of “Poacher Turned Gamekeeper”, but here we see the supposedly respectable Gamekeeper using their knowledge of abuse and abuse techniques in very negative and destructive ways, robbing the estate of Australia blind. I wonder if those inside and running White Ribbon Australia have pledged to never use their knowledge of how abusers operate to abuse others or against others? It’s implied that they never would, but as we know White Ribbon Australia prefer Public Pledges and Oaths. I never trust them unless the leaders set an example by taking them and making them have real world value.
It’s never safe to assume anything about The White Ribbon Of Oz unless verified very carefully and looked at from all angles under a Microscope. .. and even then scepticism has to be maintained. That is want I have done.
I looked at the role of an ambassador for White Ribbon of Oz  and the support they give to its ambassadors.  It’s quite interesting and reveals quite muddled thinking and culpable negligence. The role of the White Ribbon of Oz Ambassadors is laid out across multiple pages and sources. You only get to the reality by assembling all of the pieces of the jigsaw.
The first page is quite innocuous and they even have a White Ribbon Ambassador Role Description“. It’s when you delve into the other policies that all Ambassadors are supposed to follow and be bound by the the real crazy gets going.
I do wonder at this:

All employees and volunteers are expected to:
  • Value and practise fairness, courtesy, respect, consideration, sensitivity, logic, thorough research in all dealings

There is this impression of Muddled Thinking and things out of order. White Ribbon even seems to override The Environment and Global Warming – and they seem a higher priority than Humanity itself. Why they have to give The Environment priority twice is not clear, but it does hint at agendas and priorities within The Office’s of White Ribbon of Oz.
White Ribbon of Oz has a Code of Ethics and Conduct which is supposedly “...aimed at maintaining high ethical standards, reputation and accountability within and beyond the organisation. “. It also seeks “.. to encourage and foster a culture of integrity and responsibility in order to enhance our reputation as a reliable voice and as valued partners and members of society.
Apparently White Ribbon of Oz:

  • “Value and practise fairness, courtesy, respect, consideration, sensitivity, logic, thorough research in all dealings”
  • and Require you to “Act with honesty, integrity, diligence, professionalism, decency and responsibility at all times
But is seems that Dr. Ahmed is a sinner for not being Logical, acknowledging and addressing research, being honest about his professional knowledge of the subject, showing integrity, being diligent, respecting his own professionalism as a Registered Medical Professional bound by the codes of ethics of The Medical Board Of Australia and their “Good medical practice: a code of conduct for doctors in Australia“. That code does require Dr Ahmed to advocate not just for patients but the whole community of Australia

5.3 Health advocacy
There are significant disparities in the health status of different groups in the Australian community. These disparities result from social, cultural, geographic, health related and other factors. In particular, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians bear the burden of gross social, cultural and health inequity. Good medical practice involves using your expertise and influence to protect and advance the health and wellbeing of individual patients, communities and populations.
Dr Ahmed spoke on 10 Feb he did address many issues affecting the Community and Population of Australia – he addressed the needs of children and the issues of fatherlessness “40 per cent of Australian teenagers living without their biological fathers”. He raised the issues of how Immigrants and their communities are at higher risk and need protection.
But anyone reading his piece of Feb 09 can’t help but be struck by his criticism of old school Gender Feminism which he highlights as being 40 years behind reality and hold back advance for people at risk.
It is clear that when a Professional Ethical obligations that override any poor quality and badly structured trite output from The White Ribbon of Oz, it’s expected that the professional set aside years of training, years of work, even financial debts accrued to attain that professional status and trust across the community …. and bow down before the Ribbon Draped Alter of the Temple.
Please don’t forget that ALL White Ribbon Of Oz Ambassadors  are male – and I’m sure that if a female was treated this way, there would be uproar, questions on the floors of parliament and a well orchestrated media frenzy.
It’s clear that These White Ribbon of Oz Ambassadors are in fact a sham and just set up as White Knights used to veneer the rotten box. It’s just Institutionalized male disposability with a modern twist, even getting men to negate their own rights and responsibilities to look good for The Ladies. Should I be surprised by this given that White Ribbon Australia has from its founding had close links to UNIFEM/UN Women which promote the view that in Domestic Violence men have only two roles – aggressor or protector. They do not recognise male victims in breach of The UN’s Own Universal Declaration of Human Rights – Articles 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12.
Often it’s what is missing that shows the bigger issues of holes in the reality presented. At a cursory glance all is in order. There is a mutually respected symbiosis between White Ribbon and It’s Ambassadors – and White Ribbon even provides extensive crib sheets to make it easy for the Ambassadors – especially when “Talking To The Media“.
They even set out Key Messages such as those found in “Key messages 2014“which have this ever so helpful content:

It shows that For The White Ribbon of Oz their male ambassadors are nothing but meme carriers that are treated with contempt.
Why Update when you have a successful meme that convinces people you are a nice group that treats everyone with respect, even when you don’t? As long as people are distracted by Your Fur Coat, don’t worry that you have no knickers.
It’s so often the little things that count and show you care, and their omission shows the reality that Ambassadors are just pawns in the social manipulation and misrepresentation that White Ribbon is involved in.
But here is the real Kicker – the real amazing manipulation – the stunning claim that shows Libby Davies and White Ribbon to be so dishonest and so brazen that it beggars belief. On 04 November 2014, whilst giving evidence to the Australian Senate the following was said:

Senator MOORE: Is there any scope within White Ribbon to work with men who are victims of violence? Or do you see any scope in the future? What is your view on that process?
Ms Davies : We have, since my time (2011) as CEO with White Ribbon—
Really Libby – since 2011 White Ribbon Australia have been working with male victims of DV?
Can you show us where please.
Gottcha – and you lied to The Australian Government On the Record. Better still you said the following:

We find that the tactics and strategies of One in Three to derail the White Ribbon campaign and to undermine the evidence that exists and the statistical evidence supporting our claim of men’s violence against women to be very disrespectful of the campaign and of the space it occupies. We have had in the last two weeks a further highlight of activity by a related organisation, called A Voice for Men, which has been using almost fraudulent practices and misleading and in-bad-faith practices to guide people away from White Ribbon to their website, by using a URL called Whiteribbon.org. We have sought legal advice about how to counteract this, together with our global network. This particular attack on White Ribbon is global and it is emanating, we think, from Canada and the USA.
So you claim to support men as DV Victims, but any organization that specifically deals with the issue of Male DV Victims is attacked , publically and accused of undermining your empire? Where is the evidence you use to lead the way in your work on Male DV Victims? One in Three is actually world renowned for the quality of their work, their meticulous attention to detail and their calm and even serene stance when faced with abusers like Libby Davies.

One in Three is a diverse group of male and female professionals – academics, researchers, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, lawyers, health promotion workers, trainers and survivor/advocates. The Campaign aims to raise public awareness of the existence and needs of male victims of family violence and abuse; to work with government and non-government services alike to provide assistance to everyone affected by family violence; and to reduce the incidence and impacts of family violence on Australian men, women and children.
THE ONE IN THREE CAMPAIGN
So One in Three focus on the Big Picture of all forms of Domestic Violence and are attacked because they do more than Libby Davies and her biased Organisation that can’t get its facts straight.
Better still, Libby davies then attacks One In Three and contradicts her prior claim concerning Her own Organizations Positive position on Male victims.:

Ms Davies : We know that there has been a link between the two organisations, which is quite concerning for us.
Senator MOORE: And leading up to White Ribbon Day as well.
Ms Davies : It happens every year, and they use a different strategy each year to undermine or divert attention away from White Ribbon. We have met with them to say that we find their strategies very disrespectful. White Ribbon as a campaign has not used similar strategies to discredit them and has always acknowledged that violence against men is an issue, but it is a different kind of violence, as Dr Costello outlined.
So Apparently White Ribbon Of Oz do support Male DV Victims, but they are victims of a different Kind Of Violence? It’s not clear to me how it;s possible for Libby davies to substantiate her claims that a Women being abused Domestically and a man being abused domestically looks like the same issue to the general population. Unless of course Ms Davies is of the view that Men are a different species to women and come under the care of RSPCA Australia?
There is just a hint of desperate paranoia there and damseling, but first Davies claims that she and her organisation support men and then denigrate men and any organization dealing with male victims as fast as possible – the double standard and two faced ways of White Ribbon.Org.Au – the cult hiding in plain sight and robbing DV victims, especially children, blind.
In that case why would you find Dr Tanveer Ahmed’s comments on the need to address DV against everyone so wholly unacceptable and treacherous.

Men forgotten in violence debate
THERE is too little acknowledgment of the importance of male disempowerment in debates surrounding domestic violence. Gender relations have changed dramatically in the past few decades, but discussions about family violence are stuck in the mindset of 1970s radical feminism.
There was no real need for the Big Charade, if Libby Davies’ Claims are true!
If The claims of Libby Davies are true, that White Ribbon Australia have been addressing male victims since 2011, all that was needed would have been for her and her associates to Point Dr Ahmed and the world to his supposed error and show that he was wrong. NO big scenes, no drama, no mealy mouthed press release or tortured abuse of language and people’s incredulity. That would have been high quality, professional management, and yet it’s all so conspicuous by its absence.
Libby davies and Associates reacted like so many liars with your pants on fire! You just told bigger lies because they believe you can lie about anything and you will be believed because …….. Feminist! UNIFEM. CHARITY. WOMEN. NASTY MEN!
Oddly as I look at this issue I have one quote ringing in my ears. It comes from the Thomas Harris Book Silence of The Lambs –

“Clarice, does this random scattering of sites seem overdone to you? Doesn’t it seem desperately random? Random past all possible convenience? Does it suggest to you the elaborations of a bad liar?” (page 336).
I do hope that the Australian Senate take a far closer look at the workings of White Ribbon Australia, because I’m sure they do have the Forensic Capacity to deal with the tangled Web of Myth and Deception that is being peddled to the Australian people, and even spun in the chambers of The Australian Senate. It’s one thing to speak out against abuse and quite another to presume you can just abuse and not be held to account for being caught at it in public. Of course, anyone who has experience of abusers know that they only stop when it is not longer profitable for them to continue. They tend not to reform, only find new feeding grounds. Maybe thge best option is to corall White Ribbon.org.au and simply startve it here it standfs – and make sure that those within who have created the labartynth of lies and abuse are simply made to live there and watch as reality prevails and all victim’s needs are addressed, and ALL abusers held to account.

One thing that has struck me is how White Ribbon Australia deliberately co-opt and conflate common language. Since at least 2009 they have confabulated and Implied that Domestic Violence by men is “… one of the most widespread human rights abuses taking place in our country.”.[*]
I have some news for White Ribbon Australia. Human Rights abuses are not carried out by Individuals but institutions, so if you want to claim failures in protecting the Human Rights of DV Victims, you should be demanding that the Australian Government swear to do better, and not dupe members of the public into swearing needless and meaningless oaths! Duplicity and playing with words and ideas to further an agenda is the behaviour of A Cult – it uses distortions, coercion and manipulation because The Truth is insufficient or does not fit a subversive agenda.
“… one of the most widespread human rights abuses taking place in our country.” is nothing other than a Thought-terminating Cliché used to stop anyone from questioning claims made by White Ribbon Australia. If you should do so, you are to be seen as against Human Rights and Pro Abuse! It’s classic Mielieu Control and Manipulation alla Lifton 1963.


World Water Day – 22 March – Since 1994, addressing the basic need for
 water and applying a Gendered Lens.
Just as the “Walk A Mile In Here Shoes” campaign uses public humiliation and humour to control males and make them submit and accept biased memes, the White Ribbon does the same by segregation and the promotion of inequality they demand. They just want to have White Knights to move about the board and put on some Red Stilettos at the right time, because White Ribbon Australia  is also co-opting the Walk A Mile In her Shoes meme.
Do they not know that It’s seen as negative and misinformation to link violence against women to the clothing a woman chooses to wear? Personally I prefer a competing campaign that addresses real and highly relevant Third World need such as Access to Potable Water and kids walking miles per day bare foot to keep whole families alive. There are only so many quality memes to go about and it does seem impertinent for 1st world fashionistas to ride syilletoshod over the basics of life.
For anyone in the field of DV/IPV they can see the validity of what Dr. Ahmed said in February. They can acknowledge it, discuss it, point out that other issues exists but they are focused upon one where they have expertise and the ability to make a difference. Rational and mature people running organisations can also do this is they chose. It is after all what good managers do. You “manage” complexity – You don’t deny it and demand, whilst stamping your foot, that Your Truth is The Only Truth!
In fact if you are a good manager and experienced you now that only by acknowledging the true complexity of an issue can you find solutions that address the whole problem. White ribbon are demanding that only half of a body is endangered by IPV, in which case one has to wonder how they assessed the other half they ignore and the injuries it has?
Researchers who are not blinded by the feminist orthodoxy of “Women can’t commit abuse even when they hit because they are reacting to “The Patriarchy””, have found repeatedly both gender symmetry in violence, but also “IPV by women increases the chances that they will themselves be victims of IPV.”(Hoff 2012). Ideologues will of course respond with the screams of “That’s Victim Blaming”, but the reality is when you stop being Biased and Trapped inside the Cult Mindset, you recognise that it’s unreasonable to tell men they should not hit when all too often the women hits first.
It’s insulting to me as a GAY man that White Ribbon Australia fail to address the reality of female on female IPV, and refuse to make all hitting and all violence the responsibility of the hitter, not the bystander or the male victim who is told he may not defend himself. Why would White Ribbon Australia want to Infantilize all women and permit the idea that they can’t restrain themselves from violence? That Female Violence should be tolerated. At no point to they mention that little idea. They have been forced by the GAY lobby to acknowledge Male on Male DV, but still they are hiding the simple fact that Women also perpetrate DV against men and women.
Cults seek to control four factors – A person’s behaviour – The information they have access to – the person’s thoughts – the person’s emotions summed up as . A classic combination of that is Walk A Mile In Her Shoes, using Public Behavior linked to humiliation and laughter to force a mental flip out and not question what is being done. It’s the promotion of “White Hat Bias” – “bias leading to distortion of information in the service of what might be perceived to be righteous ends.”.
But then again, it is exactly the same four B.I.T.E. factors that an abuser or bully seeks to control. So many think that Domestic Violence is about fists flying, and White Ribbon of Oz like that image and don’t correct it. Of course great deal of family abuse is psychological and linked to coercive control. That is the control of behaviour, information, thoughts and emotions.
There is no denying that there is a long recognised double standard around equality and the female – and yes I can hear the sniffy groans of “Misogynist” from the back seats in the dark, but do read on. It was written about over a century ago. If necessary, and it most likely is, please read the bold text again another four times before proceeding.
When people read now what was written over a century ago, they have real problems with believing views of this kind are more than 100 years old. They simply can’t accept it shows that there have been “Sentimental” issues and even issues with “Sentimental Manipulation” around feminism and women’s equality for so long.

So, over one hundred years ago social activists were warning of the issue of manipulation of government, law and society through sentiment connected to the special pleading for women. Should you raise the issue you’re called sexist and worse – it’s a defence mechanism that is often seen in cults and self referential religious groups that have limited ways to defend by shame, false accusation and down right bullying and abuse. More recently social scientists have been warning that misrepresented data and deliberate manipulation of perceived reality are as dangerous, even stating it can be perceived mistakenly to  “set policy in the prevention and treatment of family violence” (Schumm 1982). It’s been known for 30 plus years the risk of sentiment, and yet the lessons are still not learned.
Or maybe the lessons have been learned and the knowledge is just being used in abusive ways never intended by the original authors?

How little changes and just how little people learn the lessons of history … never mind herstory!
White Ribbon Australia have been obliged (reads as “runs with their pants on fire”) to respond to what Dr. Tanveer Ahmed said . Their response is most interesting and extremely informative.

Tanveer Ahmed recently wrote an article in The Spectator Australia about the various ramifications of the opinion piece he wrote for The Australian on 9 February 2015. There are a number of factual inaccuracies in this article as it relates to his interactions with White Ribbon, most importantly the relationship between White Ribbon Australia and whiteribbon.org.

Dr Ahmed refers to whiteribbon.org as a ‘splinter group’ of the White Ribbon Campaign. This is an incorrect and dangerous statement. The work of whiteribbon.org is completely distinct from and antagonistic to the White Ribbon Campaign worldwide, including White Ribbon Australia. White Ribbon Australia staff made this clear to Dr Ahmed during our discussions with him in February.
In fact Libby Davies was so determined that these claims be On the Record, they were also published 21 March 2015 in the spectator.

I am amazed that White Ribbon of Oz have the bald mendacity to make the claim “The work of whiteribbon.org is completely distinct from and antagonistic to the White Ribbon Campaign worldwide”. Lets have a look at That Antagonism shall we?

“Dedicated to shedding light on the realities of domestic violence and the grievous harm it visits on its direct victims, in particular on children who grow up in homes where violence is normalized and role-modeled as a normal coping mechanism for dealing with stress and conflict.”
Addresses Domestic Violence against everyone, irrespective of sex, gender, sexuality, age or other status.


Addresses Domestic Violence against women, Allied to UNIFEM in Australia and promotes only men’s Violence Against Women. Children and other victim groups are ignored.Only perpetration by men against women is addressed. In 2011 they were obliged to explain this bias with them claiming that the most pervasive form of Male Violence is against women. They provide no evidence to support such claims.

Is led by Erin Pizzey, the Woman who founded the first Direct access DV Refuge in the World (Chiswick, London 1971), and also wrote the world’s first book on the subject of DV “Scream Quietly or The Neighbours Will Hear” (1979).
Was worked internationally in the field since 1971.

Her work has been in Australia only since .
Libby Davies is not noted to have published any books, or studies that contribute to the issues of DV, understanding of the subject or any solutions based upon evidence.

Pizzey’s work is evidence based, with her pointing out as far back as the 1970’s that Domestic Violence is reciprocal and not gendered, a 40 year old finding that is backed by the biggest DV Study undertaken – PASK (Partner Abuse State of Knowledge) Published 2013.

According to Davies, Part of White Ribbon’s success can be measured by the amount of activity and awareness generated by the Campaign. When interviewed re her work she responded[*] : In 2010:
  • White Ribbon supporters around the country hosted over 200 events.
  • White Ribbon received more than 2000 media mentions.
  • White Ribbon Australia trended second globally on Twitter on White Ribbon Day, 25   November.
  • The White Ribbon Facebook “fan page” grew to more than 10,000 fans.
  • The campaign led to a 16% increase in awareness to 70% over pre-campaign awareness levels.
  • There was a 58% increase in the number of My Oath swears.”

Pizzey has opened and operated Refuges across the globe, most recently at the age of 68 the first Arab refuge for victims of domestic violence in Bahrain.
Davies has no track record of starting any projects, only being recruited to influence government.
Perhaps Msd Davies and her Wgite Ribbon of Oz are antagonistic as they are in reality a far smaller part of the bigger world View that Pizzey and White Ribbon.org promotes. It could even look like Ms Davies and her associates having a  fit of peak when they rea;lised thney are the small fry in a big ocean they have no control over.
It’s interesting how The White Ribbon of Oz refer to time. On the 13th of March they use the term recent and then explicitly point to 9 February 2015. Psychologically, people do shift from the general to the specific,  especially when dealing with controversy. It’s a factor exploited by bullies who know that victims are often obliged to explain and prove matters in great detail. Bullies and Abusers exploit the credulity of others; “readiness or willingness to believe especially on slight or uncertain evidence”. As Tim Field, a leader in the study of bullying observed:
a) Denial: the bully denies everything.
b) Retaliation: the bully counterattacks. The bully quickly and seamlessly follows the denial with an aggressive counter-attack of counter-criticism or counter-allegation, often based on distortion or fabrication. Lying, deception, duplicity, hypocrisy and blame are the hallmarks of this stage. The purpose is to avoid answering the question and thus avoid accepting responsibility for their behaviour. Often the target is tempted – or coerced – into giving another long explanation to prove the bully’s allegation false; by the time the explanation is complete, everybody has forgotten the original question.
Both a) and b) are delivered with aggression in the guise of assertiveness; in fact there is no assertiveness (which is about recognising and respecting the rights of oneself and others) at all. Note that explanation – of the original question – is conspicuous by its absence.
The serial bully – Bullyonline.org
I do have to wonder why The White Ribbon of Oz is focusing readers especially The Media to an article in February, and not the one they are responding to in March? Why is it that The Ribbon of Oz wants everyone distracted as quickly as possible from events as they unfold and fixed to one event in the past…  memory fading … people less inclined to go back and check facts – credulity glands on full power – scepticism fading into the past?
So they work to “Refocus” the media and public lens away from the reports that were coming from within White Ribbon Australia concerning what Dr Ahmed stated:
A British men’s group published a story titled “Global feminism goes into meltdown as male supporter reveals he has a mind of his own.” A parallel, splinter group also called White Ribbon focused on violence against both sexes, begun by the global founder of women’s shelters Erin Pizzey, wrote an open letter of support on their website. I later learnt that the local White Ribbon movement was embroiled in a legal wrangle with the site for using the name without permission. I felt like a newly adopted child caught amid divorce proceedings.
If White Ribbon Australia were so concerned about factual inaccuracies as they imply and even state in their 13 march Press Release….why did they not address this one? The Article referred to as “Global feminism goes into meltdown as male supporter reveals he has a mind of his own.” is actually titled “FEMINISM IN CRISIS AS MALE SUPPORTER EXPRESSES VIEW OF HIS OWN” – maybe correcting it would have lead to some squinting despite the astigmatic view promoted by White Ribbon Of Oz? That article contains such gems as:

Here are some of the highlights of Ahmed’s comment piece in The Australian and Ford’s reply, on behalf of feminists everywhere, from Daily Life:
Ahmed said: “Men are forgotten in the violence debate.”
Ford said: “I don’t have time for men’s woe-betide-me feelings”
Ahmed said: “Women are now more likely than ever…. to commit family violence against partners, children or relatives
Ford said: “It does significant harm to have one of [White Ribbon’s] ambassadors touting a message which prioritises men’s power over women’s safety.
Can’t have mature adults seeing that now, can we!
White Ribbon of Oz must create as much distance as possible so people are not inclined to go back and look at either reality or facts. The White Ribbon of Oz have to activate everyone’s “Credulity Glands” so whatever The Oz claims is accepted, no matter how many niggling doubts or open errors that The White Ribbon of Oz makes behind the curtain of charitable public e-steam and mirrors.
The White Ribbon Of Oz have to attack and focus on the word “Splinter“. It’s an oddity but powerful, because they have to ensure no-one ever thinks that Erin Pizzey has any link to the issues and as far as possible make sure those outside the subject even wonder who Erin Pizzey is. As was said some time ago:
In a just world, Englishwoman Erin Pizzey, who founded the world’s first shelter for battered wives in 1971, would be a sought-after speaker on the subject of domestic violence. In the real world, however, Pizzey’s name is a byword for politically incorrect apostasy.
Pizzey’s crime? A humanist, she challenged the belief system dictated by radical feminists, who colonized her shelter and made her presence untenable. Their ideological mantra, still alive and kicking, insists that men are the default perpetrators in domestic violence (also known as “intimate partner violence,” or IPV, in the jargon) while women are invariably innocent victims who inflict violence only in self-defence. But Pizzey knew from her own experience (her wealthy, socially elite parents were mutually abusive, and her mother violent to Erin), and from what the women in her shelter told her, that most partner violence is reciprocal.

Yes that is Erin Margaret Patria Pizzey, author of the world’s first book on family violence, “Scream Quietly Or The Neighbours Will Hear” (1974) – and to quote Ms Pizzey:

What so many don’t know is that Erin Pizzey, the Doyen of Domestic Violence Shelters and Refuges globally, welcomed men into the refuges she set up both as victims and as supporters. You see, far from the present model being peddled that Men must be excluded they provide a positive influence and support for all victims, female, child and for other men. So It’s non-violent people (good role models) that help recovery, not women hidden behind closed doors and high walls controlling beliefs and perceptions inspired by such ideologies as The Duluth Model.
The Duluth Model which has been used to portray only males as Abusers and Females as eternal victims was dismantled in 2007.
..typology ignores male victims of extreme IPV. The current study addresses this omission by describing 190 male callers to the Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men. All callers experienced physical abuse from their female partners, and a substantial minority feared their wives’ violence and were stalked. Over 90% experienced controlling behaviors, and several men reported frustrating experiences with the domestic violence system. Callers’ reports indicated that their female abusers had a history of trauma, alcohol/drug problems, mental illness, and homicidal and suicidal ideations.
…male victims of IPV are experiencing a range of abusive behaviors from their spouses, and these behaviors in many ways mirror those that abused females experience. For example, we were successfully able to classify the men’s experiences of controlling behaviors into those described by the Power and Control Wheel of the Duluth Model (Pence& Paymar,1983), a model that was developed from battered women’s experiences. The majority of men in this study not only experienced controlling behaviors from their spouses, but also each of the behaviors on the Power and Control Wheel. Thus, acts such as economic abuse, intimidation, isolation, threats, emotional abuse, and blaming or minimizing abuse are not confined solely to that of the male batterer. Females are capable of these behaviors as well. In addition, we altered the “male privilege” category of the Power and Control Wheel to reflect these men’s experiences: many of the men were victims of their spouses using the system, which is designed to aide female victims of domestic violence, to their advantage. The female abusers were able to successfully get restraining orders under false pretenses, and thus labeled the male victim as the abuser. Female abusers with children were able to threaten to take the children away from the male victim or even threaten to hurt the children so that their husbands would comply with their abuse. These women probably knew that they could behave in this manner because the system is designed to help not only female victims of domestic violence, but mothers as well.

Of course to the Temple Dwellers, any indication that Women could be or are domestically violent goes against the Word Of God and the deity they all worship. It is screamed on mass, like a Cult Mantra, “Victim Blaming” which is a Thought-terminating Cliché (a definitive sounding phrase used to stop thought) used to stop them ever entering the inner mental sanctum of considering that females could initiate violence. Such thoughts are forbidden and not allowed, and they will bring retribution and punishment if ever raised openly or ever spoken of. Once the massed supplicants of the temple have been trained and conditioned to use the Thought-terminating Clichés that support the Temple’s teaching, many show their devotion and faith by policing the thoughts and lives of others. The act to demand purity of faith, spouting forth these Thought-terminating Clichés as an act of public devotion. Just as putting men in shoes can alter their perception, training supplicants to Quell Cognitive Dissonance with Thought-terminating Clichés is a well known issue in the field of Coercive Behaviours. It’s no different to the the activity of new military recruits who are told that all sentences start and end with the word Sir – leading to “Sir. Yes. Sir.” as a stock phrase. It actually uses physical behaviour to control psychology and make the new recruit submissive and compliant to all orders at all times.
We see that Dr Ahmed not only made the error of angering the White Ribbon of Oz by pulling back the curtain and managing, despite all the smoke and mirrors, to expose mass chain yanking , he also mentioned authority figures that must be silenced and denied to exist by any means.
Above all else White Ribbon Of Oz have to keep up the the air the negative view of WhiteRibbon.Org because if people realise the power behind the domain it shred any credibility that The Oz has in attacking their own mother – Erin Pizzey. It just makes the White Ribbon of Oz an abusive child, committing domestic abuse against a parent! The Abuser has been caught out and yet still demand they are not abusive – not controlling and above all else that they CAN’T be wrong.
So many who have built careers upon half a truth have to ensure the truth of partner symmetry in Domestic Abuse stays hidden and is never addressed. For those who hate men “Misandrists” it is a priority, because they hate the idea of having to assist male survivors of DV by female perpetrators. The public  perceptions of equality require such basic equality – and yet The Ribbon of Oz promote the sentimental agenda that ALL women require protection and NO men have the right to protection form any abusive female.
White Ribbon of Oz do not name or correct factual inaccuracy, but expect readers to accept what they say because White Ribbon of Oz is the Authority – The Patriarch – they will demand reality is as they state and it’s under their control. White Ribbon of Oz expect and rely upon the social convention that Authority is never questioned, and if it is such Authority had the right to flex muscle and show contempt for those questioning as a scare tactic. Above all else the Patriarchal White Ribbon Of Oz exploit sentimental views about them and the people they supposedly speak for, speak about and supposedly represent on mass.
When Dr Ahmed went in the record back in February he never mentioned WhiteRibbon.org – But White Ribbon Australia did. Now why would they do that – was the Gamekeeper Turned Poacher using a Blunderbuss? Now White Ribbon of Oz is trying to do some bad magic and imply that there is no Truth in the claims that “I later learnt that the local White Ribbon movement was embroiled in a legal wrangle with the site for using the name without permission.“.
We can’t have anyone checking into the history of that can we?

A men’s rights group has been accused of “hijacking” the name of a prominent anti-domestic violence group and is using it to publish “misinformation” about violence against women.
White Ribbon is considering taking legal action to stop the group, which uses the same name and similar branding.
White Ribbon Australia national executive of engagement and partnerships, Fayssal Sari, told Fairfax Media he is aware of at least one person who wanted to donate to the organisation, but accidently sent the money to the wrong account, via the website.
“There’s potential for some serious impact and that does concern us,” he said. “Any attempt to encourage donations to this non-bona fide organisation could constitute fraud. Our legal advice is that there is possible fraud in intellectual property infringement, particularly around the branding and use of the ribbon.

So if the Sydney  Morning Herald are wrong and have been misreporting the claim “”Fake” White Ribbon website faces legal action” why is The White Ribbon of Oz not issuing press releases and correcting errors?
Maybe White Ribbon Australia chief executive Libby Davies needs to ask for this to be corrected, given that “The Sydney Morning Herlad – New South Wales” attributes matters to her directly.

White Ribbon Australia chief executive Libby Davies accused the Texas-based group, A Voice for Men, of trying to undermine its campaign to prevent violence against women and children.
“A Voice for Men is using almost fraudulent practices to guide people away from White Ribbon by using a url called whiteribbon.org,” she told a Senate committee hearing into domestic violence.

“Is using..” that is the Verb To Be in the simple present tense, meaning it is a universal fact that is provable and can’t be doubted… and she even makes the claim to Authority; The Australian Government. I do wonder why she has not been willing to make such a claim in front of a Judge with evidence? People accept stated facts, but courts and judges still require the evidence to be shown to The Court! Hell, she could even really place it before an expert and impartial Journalist and have then investigate the claims, in depth… but that has not happened either.
Oddly on 06 November 2014 The White Ribbon Of Oz is on the record saying they know little to nothing about WhiteRibbon.Org, and they still throw inaccurate and misleading speculation about … and they also state “We have taken Legal Action” – it’s at 2 mins 28 sec, but please do listen to the whole report.

Notice the language used:
“To be honest we don’t know that much about them, but we do know that they believe … erm … that there isn’t … erm … enough … erm … attention about violence … perpetrated against men … by women … erm … that’s probably as much as we know. We know that also they have been about for a little while.”
I find it interesting that first there is unbroken speech when dealing with a factual claim” To be honest we don’t know that much about them” – followed by much broken speech with claims that are demonstrably wrong and which could readily be verified .. erm… by looking up.. erm ..  some basics on ..erm …   line (Irony Off)  – followed by unbroken speech when dealing with a factual claims a second time; “that’s probably as much as we know”.
What do I know about that pattern of speech? It’s indicative of lies, Confabulation, Evasion and Dishonesty. It gets more interesting as the recording progresses, because when The White Ribbon of Oz makes claims that support their internal views and ideals they are always spoken with clarity and authority – no hesitation. And What do I know about that pattern of speech? It is frequently seen in Cults and People subjected to Coercive control: it’s part of their activity to quell internal cognitive dissonance and internally explain away and deny anything which is inconsistent with the group’s public image and professed ideology.


at’s more revealing is, If you look at the original text the reality claimed is simply not there – WhiteRibbon.org nor ANY website is mentioned. Could it be that White Ribbon Australia want to actively discourage anyone from going back and re-reading such sections which say:

Just as women are now more likely than ever to enter university, be breadwinners and have affairs, they are also more likely to commit family violence against partners, children or relatives.
Equality is a two way street as I tell my associates in the Queer and Disabled worlds. With Rights you have to accept Responsibilities. If the law says violence is wrong you are in no position to use special and sentimental pleading that you can’t, shouldn’t and even mustn’t be held accountable because you are Queer – Disabled – From a Racial Minority – a Female. There may be factors that mitigate actions, but they never remove the equal responsibility for all to be seen equal before the law and wider community.
White Ribbon Australia create a false reality and then demand that it’s true. You have to stop assuming what is said is accurate and go and check the reality. That takes time and effort, so White Ribbon Exploit people credulity to lie with impunity. They rely upon Group Psychology to propagate misdirection and propagandise people who will then feel obliged to defend White Ribbon Australia with Unquestioning Zeal.
You see the same with abusive spouses who rely upon others unwillingness to call our “Liar” or actively check and police the claims made. They manipulate friends and neighbors into excusing the abusers conduct – Ignoring it – rationalising it – especially if it’s a female abuser, or even if an organisation supporting the female.
White Ribbon Australia try to link this claim of inaccuracies the very public reports of White Ribbon Australia making claims that WhiteRibbon.Org was acting illegally and faced legal action. It’s a masterful piece of word play – of Linguistic Legerdemain – of Smoke and Mirrors that only confirms that someone has their pants of fire and keeps pleading to that mirror on the wall for proof that they are not Butt Ugly.
White Ribbon Australia have been caught many times lying, confabulating and controlling around Dr Ahmed. Their Public face and claims are ever so convincing but then prove untrue. On 10 Feb 2013 they presented themselves as a controlling spouse when they said:
White Ribbon Australia does not endorse the opinion piece Dr. Ahmed wrote for The Australian. White Ribbon Australia was not involved in writing or reviewing the article. We were not aware the piece was going to be published and did not consent to its publication.
In future, Dr. Ahmed has agreed to publish all opinion pieces with a note identifying the opinions as his own and not those of White Ribbon Australia. ( source )
WOW – so lets review that a moment an deconstruct the language . Dr Ahmed, a practicing medical expert, is supposedly permitted to express opinions linked to his expertise as a free agent and human, but has to either get permission from White Ribbon Australia In advance, or make sure White Ribbon Australia is not linked to any opinions linked to him. There are no control issues there from White Ribbon Australia, given that Dr Ahmed has no control over any journalist and what they write (/Irony Off) .
So any journalist mentioning in passing that Dr Ahmed was an ambassador for White Ribbon Australia required White Ribbon Australia to have oversight and a right to veto any and all content – and makes White Ribbon Australia believe that Dr Ahmed has to be aware of all words written by others?
It’s a classic of demanding impossible but rationally presented limits so that abuse can be instigated at a moment’s notice. It’s the equivalent of an abuser telling their target “Don’t do that or you will make me Angry”! It’s Coercive Conduct.
The “Down The Rabbit Hole To Crazyville” aspects of this behaviour are best summed up as
  • You have become an Ambassador for a Dog Rescue Charity – Fidoville.
  • You are now required to your Cat
  • This is  just in case you ever get asked about Kitty.
  • You may never mention Kitty or anything that may show that a Kitty ever existed or that Kittyville could be a reality.
  • When speaking as Fidoville ambassador we require that you only ever say things that support Fidoville and no other subject.
  • Should there be any doubt we Require that as Fidoville ambassador you must tell everyone that anything you say is just your opinion
  • You may not use the phrase “Fighting Like Cat And Dog” because Dogs never fight – only cats fight – only cats chase dogs – and the Idiom has a negative impact upon the public views of dogs and we have the evidence and the stats to prove it…
  • Should you ever break these conditions you will be thrown to the dogs and It’s tough luck about Kitty – we keep the urn with Kitty’s shes – So There!
On 10 February 2015 White Ribbon Australia said the following:
White Ribbon Australia will not revoke the ambassadorship of Dr. Ahmed based on the opinion piece published in The Australian on 10 February 2015.
We have discussed the piece with Dr. Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed has agreed to participate in the Ambassador recommitment process, which includes training and the review of his suitability to remain a White Ribbon Ambassador. (source)
So now we have a “recommitment process” when there was no commitment process in the first place. Again realities that never existed are implied, created magically conjured, and you have to be an expert in semantics to catch the lies and misinformation as they spill out.
It does not take a genius to see the links between this misuse of language and the White Ribbon Australia Pledge campaign. The persecution of Dr Ahmed has to have a secondary use to affirm and reaffirm the pledge that MEN must take.

What is interesting is that the pledge is a Psychological and Social Trap, because if you once acknowledge that a woman may be abusive and violent  – that any man may need to use violence in self defense – you have broken your oath. The only way to be a GOOD man and to honor your oath is to Shut Up and Put Up. Oaths are a well used and well understood way of limiting behaviour and thinking. In the treatment and misinformation against Dr Ahmed we see that the overturned cart in the road is a warning to any cart that follows. Dr Ahmed is just a Convenient Crucifiction to keep the Temple Dwellers happy and showing the risks to anyone else who may want to think freely in public.
White Ribbon Australia (and it’s global sisterhood) Demand that No form of Male Violence, including self defence be accepted, and that all Female Violence be ignored and that male victims must run away in a manly fashion.
I’ll just point out as a Queer and Disabled Male Human Rights Advocate that the White Ribbon Australia Oath is dangerous on many fronts other than Heteronormative Marital Domestic Violence and Abuse. The debunked mindset they display endanger elder & disabled men who are being abused by female carers, not just spouses – it endangers male children being abused by Mothers, especially during the teenage years. It also promotes the idea that Female on Female abuse never occurs in lesbian relationships which is of course a massive fallacy, propagated as Urban Myth and Woozle since the 1970’s. I’ve seen that lesbian DV and had to hold the hands of the victims as they are dealt with in Hospital.
Given that Lesbian Couples are at higher risk if DV, why have White Ribbon Australia calling for men to interfere and stand Guard? Maybe The White Ribbon Of Oz, as a presumed bastion of Equality and Human Rights, ignores minorities fixating just on one group. It’s odd, but if you read their website and look at how they use the word “Equality” they spell it a different way as in “Gender Equality”. They never define what they mean by this term, and so you find they shift the goalposts and meaning to suit the occasion. It’s a common problem with those confused by words and meanings – and is also seen in such groups as cults and in abusive relationships, where the abusers changes meaning upon whim to keep their authority in tact by any means. If you encounter a bully playing with semantics and you were to ask them to explain their meaning and usage of a term, they will plead that everyone knows what it means (denial to answer the question) , and follow it up with controlling criticism by using such cliche’s as “Everyone Knows That”, “Why are you being stupid”  even “Why are you wasting my time?” or “You should go and look it up and not be so lazy as to ask me….”.
Does the views and of White Ribbon Of Oz in any way interfere with Equality for GAY people? As I gay man I say Yes It Does – you heteronormative Fuck Wits!

Many people who are suffering either don’t realize that they’re in a terrible situation or don’t know where to go or who to tell. They wonder who will listen, who will believe them.

If the Ribbon Of Oz believe that their pledge os so powerful and wonderful, why are they not asking lesbians to take it and help address the pre-eminent demographic of Spousal DV – Lesbian Couples?
The Psychology promoted by White Ribbon Australia promotes and even enforces the view that the male is it fault and the female never held responsible.
But there are highly relevant issues here from the wording and implication which are pure coercive control, threat and (dare one say it  – Oh I Do)  “Spousal Abuse – Interpersonal Violence  Behaviours“! You would think that a charity campaigning against such activity would be more careful so as to not appear as an abuser and bad example to others?
The only way to to prevent abuse of Oaths is is have them written the right way such as saying:
I promise, swear and affirm that I will not promote, condone or undertake violence against another, and I shall not be swayed by minority status issues, social norms or stereotypes from acting wisely and rationally to the best of my ability  when I’m aware of Violence, a person at risk and a risk to my community.  
White Ribbon would of course respond to any such criticism by claiming that there are different levels of understanding across communities, and they are addressing the largest groups possible – ie manipulating the widest group and not aiming at accurate and literate use of language.
For me the Linguistic Ledgermain of The Ribbon Od Oz is of most concern because The claim of a recommitment process directly “Implies” that Dr Ahmed has stopped supporting the idea of Not committing excusing or remaining silent on violence against women, else it implies that he is actively committing, excusing and silently supporting violence against women. This is a negative, mean spirited image that is pushed upon many who question the status quo of gender ideologues linked to Interpersonal violence. One of the most fascinating is Dr Murray Straus who has this to say:

Many have had to deal with both public and back door deformation before Dr Ahmed. He’s just a new name on the roll call: Pizzey, Straus, Steinmetz, Dutton and now we add Ahmed. It appears that for sentimental reasons these people are to sacrifice on the High Alter of the temple as a warning to all others who may dare to question the Sentimental Orthodoxy that the cult demands everyone knows is right and may not question.
How Many aspects of Coercion and Mind Control are in just that one phrase- “…a recommitment program to make sure my views were in keeping with the movement”????

3) “Demand for Purity. The world is viewed as black and white and the members are constantly exhorted to conform to the ideology of the group and strive for perfection. The induction of guilt and/or shame is a powerful control device used here.”
4) “Confession. Sins, as defined by the group, are to be confessed either to a personal monitor or publicly to the group. There is no confidentiality; members’ “sins,” “attitudes,” and “faults” are discussed and exploited by the leaders.”
5) “Sacred Science. The group’s doctrine or ideology is considered to be the ultimate Truth, beyond all questioning or dispute. Truth is not to be found outside the group. The leader, as the spokesperson for God or for all humanity, is likewise above criticism.”
6) “Loading the Language. The group interprets or uses words and phrases in new ways so that often the outside world does not understand. This jargon consists of thought-terminating clichés, which serve to alter members’ thought processes to conform to the group’s way of thinking.”
7) “Doctrine over person. Members’ personal experiences are subordinated to the sacred science and any contrary experiences must be denied or reinterpreted to fit the ideology of the group.”
8) “Dispensing of existence. The group has the prerogative to decide who has the right to exist and who does not. ”

The last time I saw this level of public exposure of the Cult Antics was the implosions of both Scientology and The Soka Gakkai back in the 1990’s. Having dealt with people escaping the mind control associated with The Soka Gakkai, the events around Dr Tanveer Ahmed are so typical to be almost Cliche.
He will be targeted long term, used as a modern BogeyMan to scare those with infantilised mindsets. He will be subjected to long term character assassination as defence by those who fear exposure of their true natures and loss of power and control over their demanded reality.
The tactics used by The Ribbon fo Oz indicating that “discussion” is happening to gather evidence to then make Public Denunciations is so hallmark as to be forensic. It’s the public face of the sociopath which hides the unfathomable insanity beneath.
I’m glad to hear that there were other professionals around the Target who were dispassionate enough to recognise the implications and danger to the Dr Ahmed. That they felt it necessary to raise it as reported, shows just the level of impact upon Dr. Ahmed which was publicly visible, readily apprehended and which he himself appeared unaware of. Some call that Shell Shock, whilst others recognise it as a normal response to abuse, psychological manipulation and even attempt at psychiatric injury.
As for the reports that there were legal battles over identity and domains, that is just classical Black and White, Them Vs Us Binary Mindsetting to define a line for the Pure and Impure. White Ribbon Australia is so Inculcated with Mind Control conduct and manifestations it’s the same as a Corporation which operates as a Psychopath, justifying everything by the mantra of The Share Price Must Rise. They have made public claims – even to the Australian Government – and yet no one is calling for the Proof that is normally required. It seems that White Ribbon Australia is playing games with sentiment, public emotion and belief and manipulating so many to keep everyone looking the wrong way for as long as possible.
For me, White Ribbon Australia is a dishonest dehumanised anto equality entity and acting as a Bully … and when you find that pattern you know that internally there are active sociopaths and workplace bullies/abusers in action. They will be ever so good at staging events – making sure they have witnesses and evidence that is distorted – and they work at high speed to keep the target destabilized so they can’t respond and are always playing catch up. This one incident exposes them all.
I hope that Dr Ahmed will continue to be honourable and rational, speaking out against the issue and not just speaking for the interests of the controlling Dogma and due to Sentimental reasons.
It’s odd but as I have been writing I have music playing and a 1945 song, made a hit by Nat King Cole comes to the fore.  (I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons. As they say “There is a fine line between love and hate” and so just as easily that song can become “(I Loath You) for sentimental reasons”, and all too often in IPV such sentiment is overlooked and ignored.
