Russians Have Invented Flying Motorbikes - The Dubai Police Use Them

The Dubai Police Force has just bought them and will introduce them into their operations.

By Paul Goncharoff: From a Moscow start-up idea to the recent Gulf Information Technology Exposition (GITEX) the Dubai Police showcased their recently purchased hoverbike for the Dubai police force.
Developed with the Russian company "Hoversurf" the battery-powered Scorpion-3 model in its Dubai police version can hover up to an altitude of five meters (16 feet), travel at speeds up to 70 kilometers per hour (43 miles per hour), and run for 25 minutes on one charge.
