A New Psychology For Men

Violent MindBy Peter Wright: Psychology clings to a universal model – that men are incorrigibly flawed and require a dismantling of their identities, habits, and preferences before being reconstructed according to a feminist model of masculinity. All modern therapies have this basic premise in common. For example, one of the more popular models of men and masculinity to emerge in the last 20 years, promoted as A New Psychology of Men, is described in the following terms by one of its founders:
The new psychology of men has emerged over the past 15 years within the larger fields of men’s studies and gender studies. Informed by the academic breakthroughs of feminist scholarship, the new psychology of men examines masculinity not as a normative referent, but rather as a problematic construct. In so doing, it provides a framework for a psychological approach to men and masculinity that questions traditional norms of the male role and views some male problems as unfortunate byproducts of the male gender role socialization process.1

Manufacturing American Dreams

As the USA descends into hyper-partisan civil war in which weaponized memes and hashtags are lobbed across political party lines, GONZO heads to Hollywood – ground zero for the new culture wars. This is also where the myth of the American Dream is engineered, and where all her superheroes save the world. Max and Stacy meet with photographer, Peter Duke, who has been branded ‘alt-right’ by the mainstream media. They ask him about the power of memes to alter the course of history. Did a racist cartoon frog emerging from the darkest recesses of online chat boards really help defeat ‘the most qualified’ presidential candidate in US history?

Terrible Forthcoming Destruction Of The "Caribbean Basin"

This is nothing like the overthrow of pro-Soviet regimes, but the destruction of all regional State structures, without consideration for friends or political enemies.
President Trump has announced the withdrawal of US combat troops from the « Greater Middle East », but the Pentagon is still pursuing the implementation of the Rumsfeld-Cebrowski plan. This time the aim is to destroy the States of the "Caribbean Basin ". This is nothing like the overthrow of pro-Soviet regimes, as in the 1970’s, but the destruction of all regional State structures, without consideration for friends or political enemies. Thierry Meyssan observes the preparations for this new series of wars.

Unilateral No Reason Divorce, 'What's The Point Of Marriage?'

By MRA-UK:
Make of this what you will.
On the 18th July 2018, our old friend Baroness Butler-Sloss initiated, via its first reading,  a private member’s Bill in the House of Lords, namely the “Divorce (etc.) Law Review Bill [HL] 2017-19“. Bills are not usually prepared in full draft form at this stage. That is normally done only for the second reading, which is not yet scheduled. However, the brief notes to accompany a first reading are often easier to understand than the complete Bill, stripping it down to the bare essentials. In this case the “brief notes” and the Bill may be one and the same. The Bill is to…
“provide for a review by the Lord Chancellor of the law of England and Wales relating to divorce and judicial separation and to the dissolution of civil partnerships and the separation of civil partners.”
However, the review is required to focus on a particular proposal to change the law, as set out in a Schedule within the Bill. The most salient features are these,
“The sole ground for divorce or judicial separation, or the dissolution of a civil partnership or the separation of civil partners, is to be irretrievable breakdown of the marriage or civil partnership.

Anti-Jewish-Israeli-Aparthied BDS Bill Defeated

By Ex-Jew Gilad Atzmon: Some may be happy to learn that the US Senate didn’t pass the ‘anti BDS bill’ on Tuesday. But a look at the vote reveals that America’s politicians are fully removed from the American ethos of freedom. Fifty six  mostly Republican Senators, just 4 shy of the 60 needed to pass the bill, voted to enact a law contrary to the Constitutional right to Freedom of Speech as granted by the 1st amendment. The defeated bill included a provision to allow states and local governments to punish Americans who boycott Israel. This was an astonishing and nearly successful attempt  to legislate crude government interference with freedom of speech in its most protected form: political speech. The fact that such a bill made it to the floor of the Senate confirms that the American political establishment is an occupied zone committed to silencing opposition to Israel and its lobby.

What Are We Working For “At Eternity’s Gate”?

“One also knows from his letters that nothing appeared more sacred to Van Gogh than work.” – John Berger, “Vincent Van Gogh,” Portraits
By Edward Curtin: Ever since I was a young boy, I have wondered why people do the kinds of work they do. I sensed early on that the economic system was a labyrinthine trap devised to imprison people in work they hated but needed for survival. It seemed like common sense to a child when you simply looked and listened to the adults around you. Karl Marx wasn’t necessary for understanding the nature of alienated labor; hearing adults declaim “Thank God It’s Friday” spoke volumes.
