Show This To Anyone That Believes That “Things Are Getting Better” In America
By Michael: How can anyone not see that the U.S.
economy is collapsing all around us? It just astounds me when people try
to tell me that "everything is just fine" and that "things are
getting better" in America. Are there people out there that are
really that blind? If you want to see the economic collapse, just open up
your eyes and look around you. By almost every economic and financial
measure, the U.S. economy has been steadily declining for many years. But
most Americans are so tied into "the matrix" that they can only
understand the cheerful propaganda that is endlessly being spoon-fed to them by
the mainstream media. As I have said so many times, the economic collapse
is not a single event. The economic collapse has been happening, it is is
happening right now, and it will continue to happen. Yes, there will be
times when our decline will be punctuated by moments of great crisis, but that
will be the exception rather than the rule. A lot of people that write
about "the economic collapse" hype it up as if it will be some huge
"event" that will happen very rapidly and then once it is all over we
will rebuild. Unfortunately, that is not how the real world works.
We are living in the greatest debt bubble in the history of the world, and once
it completely bursts there will be no going back to how things were
before. Right now, we are living in a "credit card
economy". As long as we can keep borrowing more money, most people
think that things are just fine. But anyone that has lived on credit
cards knows that eventually there comes a point when the game is over, and we
are rapidly approaching that point as a nation.

Banksters "Hold British people hostage": The great escape artist
By Ian Fraser: It has been described as the biggest banking felony in
history … yet no-one has been prosecuted for the Libor fixing scandal.
Ian Fraser looks at the RBS sacrificial lambs.
DURING Royal Bank of Scotland’s IT meltdown last summer, chief executive Stephen Hester referred to the risk “that you turn over rocks and find new things [that you have to clean up].” Last Wednesday, nearly five years on from the £45.5 billion taxpayer funded rescue of the Edinburgh based lender, a vast rock was hoisted aloft by three regulators. What lurked underneath was not a pleasant sight.
In a deferred prosecution deal with the United States Department of Justice, Commodities Futures Trading Commission and the London-based Financial Services Authority, the bank admitted that between 2006 and 2010 staff based in London, Singapore, Tokyo and the US conspired to manipulate the global financial benchmark, the London Interbank Offered Rate (Libor) calculated in both Swiss Francs and Japanese Yen. They did this in order to make money for themselves and the bank at the expense of others. Libor is a global benchmark used to price some $300 trillion of contracts, ranging from mortgages to student loans to interest-rate swaps, calculated by averaging out submissions from up to 40 global banks
“This is the biggest scandal, the biggest anti-trust felony, in the history of the world, and it continued for years,” said Bill Black, associate professor of economics and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a world leading expert on financial crime.

First time since 1948, propaganda is now legal in the U.S.
By Max Keiser: On 12/29/12, President Obama signed HR
4310, the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act. Section 1078 (thomas.loc.
gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c112:H.R.4310:) of the bill authorizes the use of propaganda
inside the US, which had previously been banned since 1948 when the Smith-Mundt
Act was passed.
History of Section 1078:
1) First version of NDAA is proposed, does
not include domestic propaganda legislation (3/29/12)
2) Domestic propaganda legislation introduced by Rep. Thornberry as stand-alone legislation not related to NDAA, HR 5736, entitled ‘Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012.’ Defeated in committee vote. (5/10/12)
3) Exact text of HR 5736 introduced as Section 1097 of third version of NDAA, which was approved by the house. House sends bill to Senate. Section 1097 is entitled ‘Dissemination Abroad of Information about the United States.’ The text of this Section 1097 is virtually identical to that of HR 5736, except one word is removed (see below)*. (5/18/12)
4) NDAA referred to Senate. Section 1097 appears in fourth version of bill, ‘Referred in Senate’ version. In this version, there is a Section 1078, listed as ‘Authority for Corps of Engineers to Construct Projects Critical to Navigation Safety’ (6/19/12)
5) Section 1097 does not appear ‘Public Print’ version, nor does Section 1078. There is no section regarding ‘Dissemination Abroad of Information.’ (12/4/12)
6) In, ‘Engrossed Amendment Senate’ version, Section 1097 reappears as ‘Transportation of Individuals to and from Facilities of Department of Veterans Affairs.’ There is no section regarding ‘Dissemination Abroad of Information.’ (12/12/12)
7) Final version of bill is returned to House and Senate for re-approval. Section 1097 does not appear, and the ‘Transportation of Individuals’ clause does not appear elsewhere in the bill. Section 1078 reappears, now entitled ‘Dissemination Abroad of Information about the United States.’ The text of this Section 1078 is identical to the text of Section 1097 from the third version of the bill discussed in point #3. (12/21/12)
8) Obama signs this final version of HR 4310. (12/29/12)

Ahmadinejad: ‘I’m ready for direct talks with US if pressure stops’
RT: Iran’s president has said he is ready for directs talks with the US
if the West stops pressuring his country. His comments directly
contradict the words of the Supreme leader of Iran who rejected the US
proposal of direct negotiations.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made his statement at a rally to mark the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic revolution. “You pull away the gun from the face of the Iranian nation, I myself will enter the talks with you,” he said.
His statement is in stark contrast to the words of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme leader of Iran, who has the final say on all key decisions, who said earlier this week that talking to the US would not solve any problems.
“Some naïve people like the idea of negotiating with America, however, negotiations will not solve the problems,” said Khamenei, who then accused the US of “holding a gun against Iran and saying you want to talk”.
The Ayotallah’s words follow an invitation by vice president Joe Biden to hold bilateral talks between Washington and Tehran.
The NWO and Israel 'who have loads of nukes, have the bad form to' suspect Iran of trying to develop nuclear weapons, while Iran denies these claims and insists its nuclear program is purely for civilian purposes.
