Greek Police: Golden Dawn Slaying Was Point-Blank

The shooter fired 12 rounds from a Zastava Tokarev semi-automatic pistol in the Friday evening shooting outside a suburban Athens office of the Golden Dawn party. The bullet casings came from the same weapon, which has not been used in any previous case of armed attack, police said in a statement Saturday.

The names of the three victims, all male, have not been officially released. The Golden Dawn website mentions the two dead, aged 22 and 27, only by their first names, and says the "two young nationalists" were party members. It refers to the 29-year-old wounded man as "a fellow citizen"

The shooting came amid a government crackdown on the party following the fatal stabbing last month of an anti-fascist musician in Athens. A Golden Dawn supporter has been arrested and charged with murder in that case, though the party has denied any wrongdoing.

A police official, speaking on condition of anonymity because officers were not authorized to comment on the investigation, described to The Associate Press a video from a nearby security camera that confirmed accounts from Golden Dawn lawmakers that the assailant started firing from 15 meters (yards) away and finished off his victims at close range.

China's Gold Hoarding Continues: Over 2,200 Tons Imported In Two Years

Tyler Durden's picturePaper gold in the developed world may trade based on the whims of marginal momentum chasers, and of course, the daytrading mood of the BIS gold and FX trading desk, but when it comes to physical gold and China's appetite for it, one word explains it best: unstoppable.
After rising to a gross 131 tons imported from Hong Kong alone in August, which was the second highest ever monthly import tally, September saw a modest decline to "only" 116 tons: "only" because it is still 67% more than the amount imported a year earlier.
The total gross imports since September 2011 is now a whopping 2232 tons. Why September? Because that is when we posted: "Wikileaks Discloses The Reason(s) Behind China's Shadow Gold Buying Spree." The chart below confirms precisely said reason.

Many Patriarchs: Much Oppression – 1904

By Back in 1893 Colorado passed a law granting women full voting rights. The following year, three women were elected to the Colorado House of Representatives (Clara Cressingham, Carrie C. Holly, and Frances Klock). Did this new political development put an end to the fair sex’s unconscionable and constant suffering under the iron domination of the legendary force of patriarchy with its hordes of merciless phallus-bearing agents?
I’ll let you decide for yourself. For now, I offer but a hint: a small bit of anecdotal evidence to spur your own research on this burning social question. As you are well aware, the empowered independent women of today is to be seen constantly scratching her head, wondering out loud:  Just what are men good for anyhow? Are they even necessary?
Ask any present-day career woman, be she electrician, math professor, construction worker, fighter pilot or trash collector and she’ll tell you how she stays up at night and – between the broadcasts of her favorite reality TV shows – in a state of profound pensiveness, mulls over this dark (and somewhat scary) mystery of the ages.

Corruption Economy: Michael Krieger Addresses the Liberty MasterMind Symposium in Dallas

Michael Krieger: Back in late June, I traveled to Dallas to speak at a wonderful event called the Liberty Mastermind Conference and my 20 minute talk has now been uploaded to youtube. This was my first experience speaking in such a setting and I decided to use the opportunity to discuss my journey from a “‘respectable’ guy in a suit on Wall Street, to a guy with a blog in Colorado.” Many of the stories and experiences I go into here are things I have never written about or discussed before, so I am sure this will be a fun watch for longtime readers and new ones alike. Enjoy!

Misandry: The Psychology Of Hate

By : Years back, in another life, I presented at seminars and conferences that provided continuing education units for professional re-certification. In one particular module, I used a portable grease board in a room in front of my waiting audience. Without introducing myself or saying anything else, I used a grease pen to write the words “Men are…” at the top of the board, and then silently invited the audience to finish the sentence.
Almost invariably, “pigs” or “dogs” was the first offering, accompanied by a room full of good-natured chuckles. I would nod my head and write it down on the board and return to the audience, still silent, for more.
“Controlling,” says one. “Afraid of commitment,” says another. “Aggressive.” “Macho“ “Afraid of intimacy.” “Violent.” “Sexist,” and “Power hungry.” More of the pejoratives, and almost only pejoratives, would come from the audience till the board was full.
I then flipped the board to the other side. “Women are…” was the cue, and the answers were even more rapid fire than they were with men. “Strong.” “Capable” “Empowered” “Sensitive.” “Nurturing,” and the like would fly from the audience to the grease board like a barrage of arrows, till that side too was full.
What do you imagine,” I would ask, taking a strategic pause for a sip of water, that these answers tell us about the real nature of sexism in the way we view men and women?”

UK Gutter Debt - Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert with Diarmuid O'Flynn

"The UK economy is essentially a pawn shop next to a whore house!"
Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert, discuss gutter oil and gutter debt providing the same toxic function. They also ask whether if snooker table sized properties are being sold in London then should World Snooker champion, Ronnie O'Sullivan, head the British economy?

PAEDOFILE SPECIAL: After Shapps attack, BBC’s Paul Gambaccini fitted up, sorry, arrested

Paul Gambaccini, Jimmy Savile, Newscorp, Jeremy Hunt, the Met Police, Alistair McAlpine & Grant Shapps: how one BBC mistake allowed the Establishment to evade guilt

gotcha1finalBy John Ward: Now that the openly gay Paul Gambaccini has been arrested and questioned relating to charges of “past sexual offences” I think it’s time to nail some colours to the mast on this one.
I have felt for nearly a year now that – whatever one might feel about the BBC one way or the other – the attack on its alleged sexual depravity is nothing less than dirty Establishment tricks. The last time I spoke to a valued source about this was over six months ago, but the remark made at the time turns out to have been hugely prescient: Gambaccini was one of the names mentioned as being “outspoken in private” about what was really going on. (As it happens, Jeremy Paxman was another: but he’s probably far too erudite for the Met to dare having a go at.)
gotcha3finalGambaccini’s big mistake was to join in a Radio Five broadcast on November 12th 2012, just as the news was breaking. He made two crucial points which have since been totally ignored by the MSM….but were (it is alleged) immediately spotted by those keen to destroy the BBC. The points made by the DJ were:
1. None of the alleged offences now being use to slur the BBC took place on BBC premises, so it is difficult to see what the BBC has to apologise about.
2. Savile’s particular predilection was for mentally sub-normal minors.

NSA spying, Halloween vs Guy Fawkes, cost of HS2, Bitcoin and JPMorgan fines - Max Keiser

liarpoliticians: Max Keiser's views on NSA spying on the entire planet, on Halloween versus Ian Hislop on Guy Fawkes, on the cost of the HS2 rail link, a waste of money, invest in broadband, and in typical British style, have the Bank of England's Mark Carney print the moeny for the spending binge, and be demned about the consequences for the rest of the economy, on what the virtual currency Bitcoin is and JPMorgan fines they recently had to pay to the US authorities.
