Revenge: Good or Evil?
Misandry: Why Is Discussion of Boys and Men Opposed? + Chill Out With The Feminazis And Their Manginas
By Miles Groth Ph. D.: This past week Professor Janice Fiamengo of the University of Ottawa was heckled (at Queens University) and, the next night, forced to stop speaking (at the University of Ottawa) because of the topic of her lecture: boys and men in contemporary society. Why is the topic considered dangerous enough to be met by violent protesters?
I can think of topics that are supportive of, say, racism or anti-semitism being protested, given the history of harm done to racial and ethnic groups. But such talks would most certainly not be about promoting such attitudes and would most likely take up the history of such attitudes. I can also think of lectures on topics such as pro-abortion being anticipated with angry protests against the practice being promoted. But in a university setting, it is never or should never be a matter of promoting any attitude or practice (except, perhaps, being open to every topic for disucssion). At universities, every topic must be open for discussion. This is what makes the university different from a soap-box or a political speech: any topic, no matter how difficult to consider, must be allowed to be openly presented for discussion and debate, without worry that the speaker will be shouted down or prevented from speaking. The university extracurricular lecture format has traditionally provided for this. Of course, no one is required to attend such a lecture.
Now consider the topic of boys and men as such:

Adam Man: The first ever Disney MGTOW?
Laurie Penny Of New Statesman: Petulant, Dishonest Child Of Privilege Who’s Been Caught Again + Flight Of The Conchords Confirm Their MGTOW Status "Stop Touching My Monkey!"
By Diana Davison: Laurie Penny is a petulant, prepubescent performance artist, play-acting at being both a journalist
and a grown-up. But failing. Previously referring to herself as a media
professional, which I’d not contest, she has now taken to calling
herself a reporter or journalist. These categories of writing have a
marked difference which will, inevitably, become an insurmountable
inconvenience for Ms. Penny: Journalists report facts.
Skipping back and forth between New Statesman and The Independent, Penny filled the vacant shoes of disgraced plagiarist Johann Hari in 2012, just long enough to follow in his disgusting footsteps. Fabricating quotes and failing to cite her sources where it didn’t suit her colourful narrative, Ms. Penny is not troubled by her lack of integrity. Trivial expectations of honesty in journalism were responded to with an assertion that all journalists are subjective, and she’s somewhat proud of her methods.
Given Laurie Penny’s disrespect for her art, it’s not surprising to discover that she has lied. Which article hardly matters but, in this case, it was a discussion about men’s rights and an encounter she had with Mike Buchanan, founder of the Justice for Men and Boys (& the Women Who Love Them) political party in the UK.

MHRA Mike Buchanan’s Public Challenge Of RadFem Laurie Penny For Her Misrepresentation & Her Racism
By Mike Buchanan: Life doesn’t get much better than discovering you’ve been misrepresented by a prominent Gender Feminist journalist. Being (incorrectly) branded a liar – twice – by Julie Bindel in the course of my talk in the recent debate at Durham University is something I shall treasure to the end of my days. A supporter has just drawn my attention to a piece written by Laurie Penny for the New Statesman, published online on 25 March:
What drives the men who think feminists and foreigners want to wipe them out?
I met Ms Penny sometime around Xmas. She contacted me seeking an interview for a New Statesman piece, while I happened to be staying with friends in London. When we met, I proffered my hand to shake hers and she visibly flinched, as she had on the previous occasion I’d met her, when she’d sat next to me on a bench at Covent Garden underground station. At first I mistook her for another feminist ray of sunshine, Kat Banyard.
Ms Penny and I had a coffee – she paid, I didn’t offer to pay, lest I be accused of benevolent sexism – at a coffee shop of her choosing in London. I’d politely declined her earlier suggestion of meeting in a public house in Soho. I was carrying a suitcase that day because I’d stayed the previous evening at a friend’s place in London, and was due to spend the next evening at another friend’s place in London.

"The Market Is Rigged" - Michael Lewis Explains How HFTs "Screw" Investors Every Day
Submitted by Tyler Durden: It was almost excatly five years ago to the day, on April 10, 2009, that Zero Hedge - widely mocked at the time by "experts" - began its crusade against HFT and the perils of algorithmic trading (which of course were validated a year later with the Flash Crash). In the interim period we wrote hundreds if not thousands of articles discussing and explaining the pernicious, parasitic and destabilizing role HFT plays in modern market topology, and how with every passing day, markets are becoming increasingly more brittle, illiquid and, in one word, broken. Or, as Michael Lewis put it most succinctly, "rigged." With Lewis' appearance last night on 60 Minutes to promote his book Flash Boys, and to finally expose the HFT scourge for all to see, we consider our crusade against HFT finished. At this point it is up to the general population to decide if this season's participants on Dancing with the Stars or the fate of Honet Boo Boo is more important than having fair and unrigged markets (obviously, we know the answer).
For those who missed it, here it is again (click here for source/video link). Lewis explains how an extra millisecond allows high-frequency traders to exploit computerized trading in the U.S. stock market. By "beating" investors to exchanges, Lewis argues that high-frequency traders can buy stocks and quickly sell them back at higher prices.

Ex-Israeli PM Olmert Convicted Of Bribery And Corruption + Payday Monsanto - Under Control
Apartheid Israel’s former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has been convicted in a bribery trial linked to a luxury property development in al-Quds (aka Jerusalem).
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: On Monday, a Tel Aviv court found Olmert guilty of receiving two counts of bribes related to the construction of the massive so-called “Holyland” residential complex when he was mayor of Al-Quds.He was accused of receiving bribes to push the project forward.
“We’re talking about corrupt and filthy practices,” said Judge David Rosen while reading the verdict.
The judge also cited a “corrupt political system which has decayed over the years... and in which hundreds of thousands of shekels were transferred to elected officials.”
The trial included 16 defendants and lasted over two years.
In 2010, Olmert had been announced as the key suspect in the case as he allegedly received bribes of about 1.5 million shekels (USD 430,000).
12 Signs That Something Big Is Happening To The Earth’s Crust Under North And South America
By Michael Snyder: Why are fault lines and volcanoes all over North and South America suddenly waking up? Are we moving into a time when major earthquakes and volcanic eruptions will become much more common? For the past several decades, we have been extremely fortunate to have experienced a period of extremely low seismic activity along the west coast of the United States. You see, the west coast lies right along the infamous Ring of Fire. Approximately 75 percent of all the volcanoes in the world are on the Ring of Fire, and approximately 90 percent of all global earthquakes occur along the Ring of Fire. Scientists tell us that it is inevitable that "the Big One" will hit California someday, but people have gotten very apathetic about this because things have been so quiet out there for so many years. Well, now it appears that things are changing in a big way - and not just along the California coast. The following are 12 signs that something big is happening to the earth's crust under North and South America...
#1 The 5.1 earthquake that shook Los Angeles on Friday was the worst earthquake that the city had seen in many years.
#2 Following that earthquake, there were more than 100 aftershocks.
#3 A 4.1 earthquake shook Los Angeles on Saturday. Scientists are hoping that this earthquake swarm in southern California will end soon.
#4 Earlier this month, a 4.4 earthquake rattled Los Angeles so badly that it caused news anchors to dive under their desks.
#5 A 6.9 earthquake just off the coast of northern California in early March was the largest earthquake to hit the west coast of the United States since 2010.

Danielle D’Entremont, Bellwether? - C.O.C.K. + The FemBots Are Dead
By John Hembling (JtO): This morning, the first thing I read was an article about a woman who had faked her own kidnapping, stabbing, abduction and rape, in order to falsely accuse her husband, and send him to jail for the rest of his natural life.
No really, I did.
The article quoted an investigating officer who pointed out that although the fraudster Christine Capurso only faced a misdemeanour charge, the allegations she had made were very serious. If her intended victim, the falsely accused husband had been found guilty, he would have faced a 25 year prison term.
Does anybody else notice the obvious disconnect here? How is it that the allegations proven fraudulent can be described as “very serious” in the same statement noting that her offence was so insignificant it merited only a misdemeanour charge?
If, by fabricating an outrageous story about her own stabbing (she stabbed herself) abduction and multiple rape she was attempting to imprison her victim for a quarter century, why is the legal consequence so minor it doesn’t even merit classification as a major crime, or felony? Is it unreasonable to expect that maliciously perpetrated fraud, attempting by deception of police to imprison a man, should result in his potential incarceration being served by the false accuser, on discovery of that fraud?
Just as I am not the only person to ask this question, Christine Capurso’s intended victim is not the only person targeted for personal destruction through false allegations.

Peaceful Indignation Turns to Violent Rage in Rajoy’s Spain
By Don Quijones: After years of predominantly peaceful demonstrations, things are beginning to turn decidedly ugly on the city squares, streets and avenues of austerity-hit Spain. On Saturday 22nd March, hundreds of thousands of protestors from all corners of the country converged on Madrid’s city centre to express their dissatisfaction with the current government.
It was the first nationally coordinated grassroots response to the repressive social and economic policies and widespread corruption of Spain’s ruling political caste.
“We are in a state of emergency, facing economic, political, ethical and moral circumstances of exceptional severity,” said Julio Anguita, one of the organisers of the movement. “And the people are growing weary, especially when they realize that there is no future under the current system.”
However, what began as a peaceful march soon descended into uncontrolled violence. As the sun descended and the shadows grew on Madrid’s city streets, gangs of hooded youth began hurling stones, bricks and rocks at the windows of high street banks and big retail stores. Within no time hundreds of truncheon-wielding, rubber bullet-firing riot police had joined the mix, delivering their usual dose of indiscriminate law-and-order medicine.

Western Looting Of Ukraine Has Begun + KWN Audio Interview With Paul Craig Roberts
By Paul Craig Roberts: It is now apparent that the “Maiden protests” in Kiev were in actuality a Washington organized coup against the elected democratic government. The purpose of the coup is to put NATO military bases on Ukraine’s border with Russia and to impose an IMF austerity program that serves as cover for Western financial interests to loot the country. The sincere idealistic protesters who took to the streets without being paid were the gullible dupes of the plot to destroy their country.
Politically Ukraine is an untenable aggregation of Ukrainian and Russian territory, because traditional Russian territories were stuck into the borders of the Ukraine Soviet Republic by Lenin and Khrushchev. The Crimea, stuck into Ukraine by Khrushchev, has already departed and rejoined Russia. Unless some autonomy is granted to them, Russian areas in eastern and southern Ukraine might also depart and return to Russia. If the animosity displayed toward the Russian speaking population by the stooge government in Kiev continues, more defections to Russia are likely.

Pushing Toward The Final War
By Paul Craig Roberts: Does Obama realize that he is leading the US and its puppet states to
war with Russia and China, or is Obama being manipulated into this
disaster by his neoconservative speech writers and government officials?
World War 1 (and World War 2) was the result of the ambitions and
mistakes of a very small number of people. Only one head of state was
actually involved–the President of France.
In The genesis Of The World War, Harry Elmer Barnes shows that World War 1 was the product of 4 or 5 people. Three stand out: Raymond Poincare`, President of France, Sergei Sazonov, Russian Foreign Minister, and Alexander Izvolski, Russian Ambassador to France. Poincare` wanted Alsace-Lorraine from Germany, and the Russians wanted Istanbul and the Bosphorus Strait, which connects the Black Sea to the Mediterranean. They realized that their ambitions required a general European war and worked to produce the desired war.
A Franco-Russian Alliance was formed. This alliance became the vehicle for orchestrating the war. The British government, thanks to the incompetence, stupidity, or whatever of its Foreign Minister, Sir Edward Grey, was pulled into the Franco-Russian Alliance. The war was started by Russia’s mobilization. The German Kaiser, Wilhelm II, was blamed for the war despite the fact that he did everything possible to avoid it.

From Merkel To Tymoshenko: NSA Spied On 122 World Leaders
RT: The NSA’s data base contains information obtained during the surveillance of over a hundred world leaders, new leaks by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed.
Der Spiegel has looked through a top secret presentation by NSA's Center for Content Extraction, which is responsible for automated analysis of all types of text data.
According to the document, the leaders of 122 states were among the high-ranked targets, due to the lack of US intelligence.
However, only 12 names were revealed by the German journalists in the publication as an example.
With the heads of state arranged alphabetically by first name, the list begins with ‘A’ as in Abdullah Badawi, the former Malaysian prime minister.
He’s followed by Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, who appears so high due to being mentioned under his alias, Abu Mazin.

The Co-Op Movement - A Decentralized Solution To Solving Inequality And Avoiding Serfdom?
Or take the right to vote. In principle, it is a great privilege. In practice, as recent history has repeatedly shown, the right to vote, by itself, is no guarantee of liberty. Therefore, if you wish to avoid dictatorship by referendum, break up modern society’s merely functional collectives into self-governing, voluntarily co-operating groups, capable of functioning outside the bureaucratic systems of Big Business and Big Government.
-Aldous Huxley, in Brave New World Revisited (1958)
By Michael Krieger: As readers of this website are well aware, the entrenched power structure has proven itself unwilling to address any of the extreme fraud, crony capitalism and corruption that plagues the U.S. economy. As such, it has become increasingly clear to myself and countless others that the solutions we need must be grassroots and decentralized. I have personally made it a point to encourage people to take matters into their own hands, using whatever tools they have available to make the communities in which they live better for their families and their neighbors.
Of course, in a world in which power is ever increasingly concentrated in the hands of a very unenlightened egomaniacal handful of oligarchs, this seems like a daunting and near impossible task to many. Because so many Americans and Europeans are simply consumed with making ends meet and putting food on the table, the concept of changing the world appears entirely unrealistic if not downright impossible.
The message I want to convey is that this is not the case.

I Don’t Thank Slaves, Rape Victims or Soldiers
By Ayami Tyndall: I’m
not a soldier. I have never been in a war zone, never killed anyone,
and the full extent of my combat training is a summer archery course and
two books on Japanese swordsmanship. I was raised a pacifist, and war
terrifies me. Not just the images of it, the sounds or the smells, but
the very concept of war as a singular event or an institution.
And in the modern age it is an institution. War has been industrialized, capitalized, glorified, legalized, rationalized and mythologized for as long as one bastard has been able to talk another man into dying for him.
There’s a saying: Wars aren’t won by dying for your country, but by making the other guy die for his. Witty, pithy, and technically true, but also the usual bullshit. When men are sent to war, they aren’t expected to come back. That’s not the criteria for victory, just a happy coincidence if they happen to still be welcome (and useful) when they return. Low casualties look good in the press, but keeping those men alive is not the millitary’s goal. They just hate to waste investment.
Soldiers go to war so that, when somebody needs to die, they are there to do it. They lay down their lives so someone else won’t have to. They face the worst horrors imaginable. They fight and die to protect what they believe in.
I refuse to thank soldiers for that.
There is a push in the Men’s Rights Movement to get people to be more thankful for all the shitwork men do, from cleaning sewers to soaking up bullets in the Middle East. People say men put their lives on the line for the service of others, so we should give them a smart salute, a pension and a hearty Thanks.
I think that’s bullshit too.

The Dollar Cannot Be Devalued and Suicidal Banksters
By Hugo Salinas Price: The last dollar devaluation took place under President Roosevelt in
1934, when from being worth 1/20.67th of an ounce of gold in 1933, the
dollar was devalued to 1/35th of an ounce of gold.
The last opportunity for devaluing the dollar took place in August 1971, when the dollar was still pegged at 1/35th of an ounce of gold. Nixon took the advice of Milton Friedman and made the worst mistake in history; Nixon did not devalue the dollar as he should have done, but simply took the US off the gold standard, such as it was, and thence forth the US refused to redeem dollars held by Central Banks around the world at any price.
Since August 15, 1971, the dollar can no longer be devalued.
Since the dollar is the reserve currency of all Central Banks in the world, all other currencies – the euro included – are only derivatives of the dollar. The proof of this statement is that the value of each and every currency in the world is calculated in dollars,

China’s Monumental Ponzi: Here’s How It Unravels
By David Stockman: China is the greatest construction boom and credit bubble in recorded
history. An entire nation of 1.3 billion has gone mad building,
borrowing, speculating, scheming, cheating, lying and stealing. The
source of this demented outbreak is not a flaw in Chinese culture or
character—nor even the kind of raw greed and gluttony that afflict all
peoples in the late stages of a financial bubble.
Instead, the cause is monetary madness with a red accent. Chairman Mao was not entirely mistaken when he proclaimed that political power flows from the end of a gun barrel–he did subjugate a nation of one billion people based on that principle. But it was Mr. Deng’s discovery that saved Mao’s tyrannical communist party regime from the calamity of his foolish post-revolution economic experiments.
Just in the nick of time, as China reeled from the Great Leap Forward, the famine death of 40 million and the mass psychosis of the Cultural Revolution, Mr. Deng learned that power could be maintained and extended from the end of a printing press. And that’s the heart of the so-called China economic miracle. It’s not about capitalism with a red accent, as the Wall Street and London gamblers have been braying for nearly two decades; it’s a monumental case of monetary and credit inflation that has no parallel.

YouTube Ban: How Turkish Officials Conspired To Stage Syria Attack To Provoke War + Turkey's False Flag Leak - Mehmet
RT: “I'll make up a cause of war by ordering a missile attack on Turkey.”
This leaked conversation is coming back to haunt the highest echelons
of the Turkish government as it plans a provocation in Syria, while
scrambling to contain social media internally.
The leaked audiotapes that reveal Turkey’s highest ministers staging an anti-Assad military intervention in Syria, have already caused YouTube to be shut down in the country, as well as leading to fevered accusations of treachery and betrayal of Turkey’s political interests – “a declaration of war,” as Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet DavutoÄŸlu put it.
This is of course after intelligence chief Hakan Fidan suggested seizing the opportunity to secure Turkish intervention in the Syrian conflict - a war that has already claimed 140,000 lives, and counting. In the conversation, DavutoÄŸlu is heard saying that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan sees any attack as an "opportunity" to increase troop presence in Syria, where it has staunchly supported the anti-Assad rebels.
Below is a transcript of that conversation in full. The video can be found below.

Don’t Bash A Violent Bitch + Ban The Word Bossy (Cause It Hurts My Feelings) #banbossy
By John Hembling (JtO): Danielle d’Entremont is a student at Queens College in Toronto. She’s
a feminist. She’s also a bit of an asshole too, being one of the
“activists” who recently tried to silence
and shut down a public presentation by Professor Janice Fiamengo.
Additionally, she’s also apparently the victim of an assault. That last
distinction is one she doesn’t deserve. Nobody “deserves”, as
d’Entremont reported, to be punched multiple times in the face. She’s
also certainly much tougher than me.
Recalling more turbulent days of my late teens, any time I was punched in the face more then once, I definitely looked worse for wear than slugger d’Entremont, even with her chipped tooth and all.
Whoever it was who beat up on d’Entremont is an even bigger asshole than she is. However, there is some speculation, particularly among feminists, that d’Entremont’s assailant was a supporter of the Men’s Human Rights Movement.

American Feudalism - Obama Does Brussels - With 900 Person Entourage + The New York Times Covers “Oligarch Welfare” - Tax Breaks for Private Planes, Yachts and More…
By Michael Krieger: Earlier this week, U.S. President Barack Obama arrived in Brussels
for the E.U. summit, but he was not alone. In fact, he is reported to
have traveled with an entourage of 900 people, no doubt leaving a gaping
expense for U.S. taxpayers. Brussels itself also took at major hit,
with the city spending over $10 million on security compared to the
usual expense of roughly $700,000 for E.U. summits.
Of course feudal trips are nothing new to 21st Century American Presidents. As The Washington Post notes, George W. Bush took 700 people with him on a trip to London in 2003.
Oh, and if you think these trips don’t cost much, let’s not forget that the Obama family trip to sub-Saharan Africa was projected to cost the U.S. government anywhere from $60 million to $100 million.
From The Washington Post:
As President Obama and his entourage, which The Guardian estimated at 900 people, arrived in Brussels for the E.U. summit Tuesday, the Belgian capital braced for the significant expense of hosting him.

Society Focuses Solely On Needs Of Men? + Feminists: False Claims Of Rape And Harassment Now Employed As “Tools Of Social Change”
By Catreece Macleod: I
got into about one half of a conversation with a friend of mine
recently where I presented arguments and evidence, and she simply
replied, “No, you’re wrong,” and that was the end of the conversation.
In most cases she’s a good skeptic and generally picks apart problems
very well. The problem that I ran into this time, however, was her
stance that men don’t need a “men’s day” because society already cares
only about the problems men face, and ignores the problems women face.
I pointed out a long list of issues that society and government
happily endorse in relation to women, but also a long list of men’s
issues that they consider sexist for even talking about. The response
was simply “I am NOT having this conversation with you.”
Therein, she sadly lost a bit of my respect. As a skeptic, one should
be skeptical of everything in their life that they’ve been told, and
question it to the core. Look at things from a rational perspective and
consider whether it truly matches what you see in your own, every day
life, and, if not, to ask where this disconnect comes from.
“I am NOT having this conversation with you.”
Goldman Sachs - How The Vampire Squid is Controlling Our Lives - They Helped Cause The Crash. Then Profited From It
By
Alex Brummer: Amid the recent management shake-up at
the top of the Bank of England, as it was dragged into the
investigation of the fixing of the £3 trillion-a-day
foreign-exchange markets, one crucial appointment went almost unnoticed.
While public attention was
understandably focused on an Egyptian-born mother of twins becoming
only the second female deputy governor of the bank, the far more
influential appointment was that of economist Ben Broadbent.
As the new deputy governor for monetary policy, he is now the predominant voice on the future direction of interest rates.
His work will have a
huge effect on the lives of the British people, for he will have a key
role in deciding when the record five years of super-low mortgage rates
will end — a decision that will inevitably lead to home-owners facing
considerably bigger monthly bills.

Israel Shut Embassies To Store Nukes: Gordon Duff
Recent closure of Israeli embassies across the world has been a scenario by Tel Aviv to store nuclear weapons in its diplomatic facilities.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: In an article published on Press TV website, Gordon Duff stated that the unprecedented closure of the Israeli embassies “may well be true” but some would “cite the long-time rumor that Israel has stored nuclear weapons in all her embassies.”
Duff also alleged that satellite-based sensors have detected Special Nuclear Material (SNM) at Israeli embassies and consular facilities.

“There is, in fact, a ‘war plan’ that includes simultaneous assaults on the worldwide embassy/consular facilities of a TBD (To Be Determined) nation in case of ‘special circumstances,’” Duff wrote. The analyst argued that the closures bring to mind the infamous “Samson Option” plan, which says Israel must be prepared to “take down the world” if threatened.

Military Misandry: The Courts Martial Of Brigadier General Sinclar
By Michael Conzachi: Another
forced, feminist politically correct, and politically driven sexual
assault criminal prosecution of a high ranking military man
falters. Prosecutorial misconduct. false allegations and perjury on
the part of the accuser are cited as the prime reasons for the
outcome. The long drama being played out in the military courtroom at
Fort Bragg, North Carolina involving the trial of flag officer,
Brigadier Jeffrey Sinclair has finally ended. He has been fined
$20,000, faces no jail time, and his career is likely over.
General Sinclair, the former Deputy Commander of the famed and historic 82nd Airborne Division, had faced a slew of charges including adultery, various command violations, forcible oral copulation, sodomy and death threats.

The ordeal involving the highly decorated combat veteran began in
2012 when rumors and then news reports surfaced that Sinclair was
involved in some type of sexual assault/harassment related allegations.
In short order Sinclair was formally charged by JAG prosecutors for a
host of charges that could have sent the flag officer to the Leavenworth
Disciplinary Barracks for the rest of his natural life.

Why Rape Is Sincerely Hilarious
UK Housing Boom Could Turn To Bust … Again + Why Do People Believe The Myth? - Who Is Spreading The Propaganda?
By Mark O'Byrne: It would seem that the measures taken in oversight and reporting, albeit a massive improvement on previous regulatory mishaps, are again proving porous. The rampant politicisation of interest rate policy and monetary tools are again creating new asset bubbles, most notably in the property and equity markets, which may in the end pose even greater risk than the financial dislocations of 2008.
Today’s AM fix was USD 1,295.00, EUR 942.09 and GBP 779.14 per ounce.
Yesterday’s AM fix was USD 1,314.50, EUR 952.74 and GBP 794.98 per ounce. Gold fell $10.80 or 0.82% yesterday to $1,301.00/oz. Silver slipped $0.25 or 1.25% at $19.75/oz.
Gold bullion dropped to its lowest level in six weeks in London as better than expected durable goods hinted to a recovery in the U.S. and increased the case for the U.S. Fed to keep reducing stimulus and start to raise interest rates. Fed Chair Yellen commented after this month’s policy meeting that the bond buying program may end this fall and the first increase in the benchmark rate may follow six months later.
U.S. President Barack Obama reiterated yesterday that the U.S. and its European allies stand united against Russian attempts to redraw Ukraine’s boundaries. Russia is the biggest supplier of palladium followed by South Africa, where workers have been on strike since Jan. 23rd.

Obama & Lagarde A Lethal Combination Destroying The World Economy
By Martin Armstrong: Christine Lagarde is a french lawyer who became chairman of the
Chicago firm Baker & McKenzie. Obama endorsed Lagarde ahead of the
vote claiming a woman would be proper after Dominique Strauss-Kahn, had
to resign after being charged with attempted rape in New York. However,
the maid was found to be anything but credible and there is a dark
cloud that hangs over this entire ordeal. Strauss-Kahn was against some
of the corruption he saw and to get Lagarde in that position made it
perfect to turn Strauss-Kahn into an alleged rapist. Very curious.
Lagarde has been a notorious French socialist to say the least. In an
interview with The Guardian in May 2012, Lagarde was asked about
economic crisis in Greece. Her response gave a deep glimpse into how the
French elite view people with any money and her endorsement by Obama is
no coincidence.
“Do you know what? As far as
Athens is concerned, I also think about all those people who are trying
to escape tax all the time. All these people in Greece who are trying to
escape tax.”
Even more than you think about all those now struggling to survive without jobs or public services? “I think of them equally. And I think they should also help themselves collectively.”
How? “By all paying their tax. Yeah.”
It sounds as if you essentially are saying to the Greeks and others in Europe, you’ve had a nice time and now it’s payback time. “That’s right.” She nods calmly. “Yeah.”
