The United States Is Attempting To Destroy Russia

Gerald Celente on KWN:  “The big story of course is what’s going on in Ukraine, and the back-and-forth between Russia and the West.  This is a very volatile situation and it’s been in the works for a long time.  This is really more about the United States and the European Union moving into those eastern European countries that used to be under the Soviet bloc.  It’s not going to have a happy ending...
“It has only been weeks since they overthrew the government of Ukraine and installed the one they have now, and it’s destabilized.  There are threats being made against Russia.  Whether they are (empty) threats or legitimate actions is going to be revealed later on.
We are looking at this very similarly to when the Soviet Union broke up, and the complete desire (by the West) to make Russia weaker and weaker.  It’s reminiscent of the Versailles Treaty that followed the end of World War I.  Everyone knew the penalties were so harsh on Germany that it was a mistake as soon as it was signed.  History books are filled with this story.
The same thing is starting to shape up now with Russia.  Just look at the comments coming out of Russia, particularly those by Vladimir Yakunin, who was the former senior diplomat that now heads the Russian rail system.  Yakunin said: “We are witnessing a large geopolitical game in which the game is the destruction of Russia as a geopolitical opponent of the United States, or of its global financial oligarchy.”

Guns For Domestic Violence Accusers In Kentucky Now - Next Immunity From Prosecution And Man-Hunting Licenses For Women

By : Kentucky’s Lexington Herald-Leader has recently reported:

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Domestic violence victims in Kentucky could gain quick access to temporary concealed weapons permits under a bill that passed the House after emotional debate Friday. Abuse victims receiving court-issued protective orders meant to keep their assailants away would be eligible for the 45-day concealed carry permits. Supporters said the short-term permits would provide a measure of self-protection at a time when victims can feel most vulnerable.
…The bill [House Bill 351] cleared the House on a 79-13 vote. It goes to the Senate, which is considering similar legislation.
House Bill 351 is hardly a “gun-control” measure. Far from it. Nor can it credibly be called a measure to “prevent violence.” Indeed, this may be the first case in US history where guns and domestic violence have been addressed together by a legislature in the sense of arming alleged victims rather than dis-arming alleged abusers. It strains credulity to see this as a means to less violence, or as a path to the safer presence of guns.

New York to Accept Bitcoin-Exchange Proposals

By Michael Krieger: Last week, I wrote a piece titled: New York Banking Regulator Benjamin Lawsky Thinks Mt. Gox Collapse Could Help Bitcoin. In it, I speculated that Lawsky was positioning New York to emerge as a primary global Bitcoin trading hub. While certain comments from Lawsky in the past have rubbed me the wrong way, he seems to be taking a very intelligent and overall rational approach to Bitcoin and crypto-currencies in general. He is treating it as a technological innovation that can help the world (as well as New York’s economy in particular), something that will bear fruit by creating and nurturing a dynamic start-up community.
Today we learn from Bloomberg that:
New York financial regulators said they will immediately begin accepting applications to operate exchanges for Bitcoin and other digital currencies to help speed the development of rules for that market.

CIA Spying On Congress And Obfuscating Privileged Information On Torture

RT: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) secretly removed classified documents from a computer system used by Congress, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) said Tuesday morning, and may have violated the United States Constitution as a result.

Feinstein — the chair of the United States Senate Intelligence Committee — critiqued the CIA’s supposed conduct on the floor of the US Capitol Building early Tuesday in Washington, DC, and said that the agency’s alleged actions may have violated the constitutional principle of congressional oversight, as well as both the Fourth Amendment and a presidential executive order that prohibits the CIA from engaging in domestic search and surveillance.

The chairperson’s unexpected remarks early Tuesday came amid multiple requests for the Department of Justice to investigate allegations of misconduct between the chairperson’s panel and the secretive spy agency.

Apartheid Gulag Gaza: Only Power Plant Under Threat Of Shutting Down

The sole power plant in the Gaza Strip is under the threat of shut down as it runs out of fuel due to the many years long blockade by the disgraceful hypocrites of the inhuman genocidal Jewish Israel regime.
UK BANNED Press TV: Reporting from Gaza, our correspondent Hala al-Safadi said the shortage could force the facility to shut down on Friday in the coastal enclave, home to a population of more than 1.5 million people.
“There is a huge shortage in power. The power available does not fulfill even 50 percent of the needs. We expect that by the end of the week the crisis will hit deep. This comes as we suffer the Israeli blockade and the fuel shortage due to the closure of the crossings,” said Jamal al-Dardasawi from the Gaza power distribution company.
For the past few years, under the apartheid blockade by the Zionazi Jews who call themselves 'the chosen people' many areas in Gaza have remained without electricity for 12 hours a day.

Ron Paul Says US Sanctions Against Russia An 'Act Of War'

Former US congressman Ron Paul has warned that Washington’s efforts to impose sanctions against Russia over the crisis in Ukraine are an “act of war.”
UK BANNED Press TV: “Though many mistakenly believe that sanctions are a relatively harmless way of forcing foreign countries to do what we say, we should be clear: sanctions are an act of war,” Paul wrote in an article published on Monday.
US Congress is set to vote for sanctions against Russia in the coming days.
Last week, the White House announced economic sanctions and blocking Russian officials' visas, but it has yet to impose them on specific Russian entities or officials.
American and European officials will meet in London on Tuesday to begin drawing up a list of which Russians might be affected by sanctions. Ron Paul also said there is a “danger of an unimaginable conflict between the US and Russia.”
“We must demand a shift away from a war footing, away from incendiary rhetoric. We are broke and cannot afford tobuyUkraine. We certainly cannot afford another war, especially with Russia!” he said.

Russia And China Gold Standard - Dramatic U.S.Dollar Decline In 3 Years

Greg Hunter: Dr. Jim Willie contends, "I don't think it would be a shock to see the Russians come out and say we've got over 20,000 tons of gold, and we are going to back our ruble with gold. Screw the dollar. I think in the next year or so, the Russians and Chinese are going to let it be known that between them they own close to 40,000 tons of gold.
