French Authorities Demonstrate Defense Of Free Speech By Arresting 54 People For Free Speech

By Michael Krieger: While I’m sure many of the millions of French citizens who marched in solidarity with the victims of the recent senseless violence and in the name of free speech came with genuine intentions, the corps of professional authoritarians, I mean politicians, who tagged along in order to pose for a staged photo op, clearly had less than noble intentions. Indeed, they likely spent the entire time scheming as to how the tragedy might be used to strip more rights away from their citizens.
The absurdity of well known tyrants standing arm in arm to support freedom of expression was laughable from the start. Many commentators have covered this shameless act of hypocrisy, including myself in the post: NOUS SOMME HYPOCRITESAuthoritarian, Anti-Free Speech Politicians Pose for Staged Photo Op in Paris.
It didn’t take long for the apparent hypocrisy to manifest itself in real life. First, we heard about David Cameron’s absurd call to ban encryption, which is essentially a call to outlaw private communications. Now we see French leadership turn into a complete and total caricature of itself by arresting 54 people for speech (including a controversial comedian for Facebook comments), negating the values the rally on Sunday was ostensibly so passionately defending.

AVFM vs MGTOW, A Short History

"Everybody is talking about it, The man strike, the marriage strike. the sexodus, Peter Pan syndrome, failure to launch, the Grass eater phenomenon. There are lots of names for it, but men in growing numbers are opting out of their traditional roles in career, romance, family and society in preference for self defined paths

When Fathers Love Their Children More Than Crazy

By I was in an abusive relationship for twenty years, of the sort perfectly described by Paul Elam of A Voice for Men and Dr. Tara Palmatier of Shrink4Menin their excellent, and maybe even life-saving, Going Mental show, and to take it up a notch, by Dr. Robert Hare, the acknowledged world expert on psychopathy.
And still I wonder if this was not just a very bad marriage of the type I used to see around me in Britain all the time. And that, in part, was the problem …
Paul Elam argues that when we men say we cannot not leave Crazy because we don’t want to leave our children behind, what we claim is not accurate, is even dissimulating, of our true motivations. We just want to be with Crazy, but the desire to protect our children sounds so much more defensible and reasonable than the true explanation of our crack-pipe addiction to Crazy.
And maybe he is right in all cases. Maybe we lie to ourselves all the time. Maybe we are just addicts who will say anything to justify our ongoing fixes. But that is not what it felt like, and certainly not what I was telling myself daily, which may mean something … or nothing. I have spent a lifetime in psychological research and I know from oceans of data I could drown in that we know what we like and we dislike, but we are useless at determining what drives us, without the aid of statistical analysis.

The Charlie Hebdo Affair Has Many Of The Characteristics Of A False Flag Operation

The attack on the cartoonists’ office was a disciplined professional attack of the kind associated with highly trained special forces (Mossad); yet the suspects who were later corralled and killed seemed bumbling and unprofessional. It is like two different sets of people.
By Paul Craig Roberts: Usually Muslim terrorists are prepared to die in the attack; yet the two professionals who hit Charlie Hebdo were determined to escape and succeeded, an amazing feat. Their identity was allegedly established by the claim that they conveniently left for the authorities their ID in the getaway car. Such a mistake is inconsistent with the professionalism of the attack and reminds me of the undamaged passport found miraculously among the ruins of the two WTC towers that served to establish the identity of the alleged 9/11 hijackers.

An Anti-Feminist Party J4MB Is Standing In The UK General Election

An anti-feminism party called Justice for Men and Boys (And the Women Who Love Them) is standing for parliament in May’s general election.
By : The party, which hands out Lying Feminist of the Month” awards to female journalists, will be fielding three candidates in the Nottingham area, including one candidate who will attempt to unseat shadow women and equalities minister Gloria De Piero.
The party was founded by retired businessman Mike Buchanan, who told BuzzFeed News it’s his party’s ultimate aim to “make feminism a dirty word”.
Buchanan used to work as a business consultant for the Conservative party, but quit in 2009 when David Cameron backed all-women parliamentary candidate shortlists. He has since dedicated his life to anti-feminism, writing three books, Feminism: The Ugly Truth, The Glass Ceiling Delusion, and David Cameron – The Heir to Harman?
Feminism is a hatred, and it should be a badge of shame,” he said. “To call yourself a feminist should be no more acceptable than calling yourself a bigot or a sexist or a fascist. It is a deeply vile, corrupting ideology and the idea it’s a benign movement about gender equality is dangerous nonsense.”

The War For MGTOW

Sandman: People out there are trying to define what MGTOW is right now. Is MGTOW a movement, a religion, an ideology, a phenomena, or is it philosophy? Firstly, don't believe that mgtow is a movement because most of us men going our own way don't care about changing things for society. We are coming to MGTOW as a personal form of change because we realize that all we can change is ourselves.

For Sale To The Highest Bidder – How Middle Eastern Governments Are Buying Off The U.S. Political Process

By Michael Krieger: The quaint notion that the U.S. political system remotely resembles either a Republic or a Democracy should have been abandoned long ago. Any lingering illusions were surely extinguished last year, when an academic study empirically proved that the USA is nothing more than a corrupt oligarchy. I highlighted this groundbreaking piece of research in the post: New Report from Princeton and Northwestern Proves It: The U.S. is an Oligarchy. Here’s an excerpt from the study itself:
Despite the seemingly strong empirical support in previous studies for theories of majoritarian democracy, our analyses suggest that majorities of the American public actually have little influence over the policies our government adopts. Americans do enjoy many features central to democratic governance, such as regular elections, freedom of speech and association, and a widespread (if still contested) franchise. But we believe that if policymaking is dominated by powerful business organizations and a small number of affluent Americans, then America’s claims to being a democratic society are seriously threatened.
While having super rich and powerful American oligarchs running the show is one thing, the reality of the situation is actually far worse.
