Censorship, Calgary Expo And Men’s Human Rights: One Geek Girl’s Perspective

By Lindsey Ratha: At times I thought maybe the men’s rights people were hyperbolic and that by considering them seriously I was making a slippery slope fallacy; my supposition was just because society is predisposed to be more protective of women and prioritize the feminist narrative, this tendency does not mean they will censor countervailing ideas.
My supposition was proven false.
As I said in my earlier post, I was looking forward to meeting the Honey Badger Brigade at the Calgary Expo. I’ve been going to the Expo since I was a teenager. I am a gamer, an artist and a writer who has been interested in producing my own comic book. When I found the Honey Badgers online I was instantly attracted to their courage to push the boundaries on current narratives.
I share a willingness to explore new frontiers and I crave the unconventional.
Alison Tieman, one of the founding Honey Badgers, has an online comic called Xenospora. She is an amazing artist and you should check it out.
Alison is also very much an advocate of women, along with being a men’s rights activist (MRA). There is palpable irony that she and the Honey Badgers were thrown out of the Calgary Expo over their stand against censorship.

The US And Israel Are Directing Saudi Attacks On Yemen: Houthi leader

The leader of Yemen’s Houthi movement has condemned Saudi Arabia’s military aggression against Yemen, saying that the US is “sponsoring and directing” the attacks on the impoverished country.
Press TV: Abdul-Malik al-Houthi made the remarks in a televised address on Sunday in reaction to Saudi Arabia’s deadly attacks targeting Yemeni people across the country.

“The US is sponsoring the attacks. The US is directing the attacks against Yemen,” the Houthi leader said.

The US has authorized its “criminal hands” to kill people in Yemen, he added. Al-Houthi described Saudi Arabia’s move to target the Yemeni people as “silly and unacceptable,” emphasizing that the aggressors, Saudi Arabia, the US and Israel, are killing innocent Yemeni people and are targeting Yemen’s infrastructure by destroying mosques, schools, markets, and other places.
The claims that the attacks are for the sake of the Yemeni people is silly and illogical, the Houthi leader said, adding that the attacks are a “justification” for killing innocent people.
The reason behind the aggression is that the US and the Israeli regime want such attacks, he added.
It has been revealed that the Americans choose the targets for the Saudi regime to destroy, he said, noting, “Israel supports the aggression and is happy with the aggression.”

The US "Justice" Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000.
Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.
The cases include those of 32 defendants sentenced to death. Of those, 14 have been executed or died in prison.
“These findings are appalling and chilling in their indictment of our criminal justice system, not only for potentially innocent defendants who have been wrongly imprisoned and even executed, but for prosecutors who have relied on fabricated and false evidence despite their intentions to faithfully enforce the law,” Blumenthal said.

I wanted to write this article to explain to others exactly how feminism has become so stealthily entrenched in our society and how it works to undermine men, their families and society so that people in search of answers can begin to learn about this toxic social scourge.
