You’ve Been Warned - The Call For Mandatory “National Service” For Americans Aged 18-28 Has Begun

CHAPTER ONE
War is a Racket
WAR is a racket. It always has been.
It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.
A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a smallinside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.
– From Major General Smedly Butler’s War is a Rackett
By Michael Krieger: This is one of the most important articles I will write all year. The statists are coming for your kids, and the conditioning has already begun.
Last night, I came across one of the most horrifying articles I have ever read, which is saying a lot. Before I get into it, take a look at the title and the tagline:

I'm Dating A Single Mom!

Stefan Molyneux: My life feels like a ping-pong game between impatience and boredom. Whenever I have something to do, like working or visiting family, I get impatient and find myself yearning for alone time. Whenever I have some alone time, I find myself bored, unmotivated and yearning for something to do. How can I break this cycle of dissatisfaction and enjoy each of life's situations for what they are worth?

Meanwhile, In Greece, The Protests Return

With capital controls set to be implemented as soon as this weekend, and with EU officials planning to convene an emergency meeting on either Saturday or Sunday, Greeks are understandably restless at the prospect of being 'Cyprus'd' while they wait to hear if they will be subject to further austerity or worse, a redenomination-fueled economic collapse.
On the eve of a critical Eurogroup meeting in Luxembourg where FinMin Yanis Varoufakis says no new proposal will be tabled, Greeks are taking to the streets ahead of an anti-austerity protest planned for Wednesday evening.

Lorraine Kelly Interviews Fathers4Justice Founder Matt O’Connor On UK ITV1 About Helping Dads This Father’s Day

'We want an UK minister for men!'
Via Fathers4Justice: Fathers4Justice founder Matt O’Connor went on the Lorraine Kelly show on ITV1 this morning to explain why he has hung up his superhero costume to take his organisation in a different direction this weekend. You can watch his interview here: http://www.itv.com/lorraine/hot-topics/fathers-4-justice-helping-dads-this-fathers-day
Fathers4Justice will be setting up a phone line where Matt himself will be taking calls on Father’s Day along with other mentor dads he knows who can help fathers to feel understood, whether they are estranged from their families or not.
He said: It’s a helpline for dads and grandparents affected by family breakdown, there’ll be a Skype service as well.”
Matt also said Rebecca Minnock’s story is an illustration of the country’s failing family justice system. Ms Minnock disappeared with her three year old son after a custody ruling went against her.

Black Men And Men’s Rights: Where Do They Fit?

By : There was a time not so long ago when the very idea of a Men’s Right’s Movement was completely laughable and deemed unnecessary. A few years ago before my own awakening I would’ve agreed with that in the early 2000s. But as I have grown from a boy into a man I have come to see quite distinctly there are concerns that the world seemingly has fallen for political lie of Feminism in that it cares about the concerns and welfare of men. If we are going to be a legitimate “Men’s Movement” then we are going to have to confront and deal with issues that affect all men, and we cannot deal with issues that affect all men if we try and skirt around what affects minority men of color.
Already, I am calculating in my head the sneers, jeers, eye-rolling and accusations that I am playing the race card, race-baiting, being a race hustler, etc. Already I am reading the comments and I anticipate being accused of racism merely because I am willing here and now to try and broach the subject itself. Already I see those in denial that it’s 2015, this should be over already. I already see comments that racism will only go away if we stop talking about it, and finally I see comments saying “but we are a small movement, we have no time to address these concerns and we can’t focus on those issues”.
Well let me inform you, gentleman and ladies, feminists – more or less the loyal opposition – do exactly the same thing when this topic comes up. There is the same level of denial and inaction to address or do something meaningful about race. One of the ways to do that is not to exploit race for mere political gain, but by showing deep compassion and concern for men of color in our movement.

Where Does Tripoli Clinton Stand On The TPP? 45 Public Statements Tell You Everything You Need To Know

“I’ve known Hillary Clinton for 25 years and I have a lot of respect for her,” Sanders said, but emphasized the differences between the two presidential hopefuls on several issues, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
“I frankly don’t understand how you could be a major candidate for president of the United States — Hillary Clinton, or anybody else — and not have an opinion on that issue,” he said.
From the Politico article: Bernie Sanders Accuses Hillary Clinton of ‘Cop-out’ on Trade
And with Singapore and a growing list of other countries on both sides of the Pacific, we are making progress toward finalizing a far-reaching new trade agreement called the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The so-called TPP will lower barriers, raise standards, and drive long-term growth across the region. It will cover 40 percent of the world’s total trade and establish strong protections for workers and the environment. Better jobs with higher wages and safer working conditions, including for women, migrant workers and others too often in the past excluded from the formal economy will help build Asia’s middle class and rebalance the global economy. Canada and Mexico have already joined the original TPP partners. We continue to consult with Japan. And we are offering to assist with capacity building, so that every country in ASEAN can eventually join. We welcome the interest of any nation willing to meet 21st century standards as embodied in the TPP, including China.

Round 2: ISIS Abu Sayyaf Raid STILL NEVER HAPPENED

: It doesn’t matter how many stories the US government and the press are going to think of in order to try and make the ISIS Abu Sayyaf raid in Syria a historical event that future generations will be required to accept as truth. The latest New York Times trash report will not change the fact that the Abu Sayyaf raid in Syria NEVER HAPPENED.
And it is also very clear by now why even the alternative media, aside from a few exceptions, won’t touch this very sensitive topic. Most of the self-proclaimed “leading” alternative opinion makers and false heroes have already subverted their very own audiences – WILLINGLY – so they now can’t change course anymore without entirely losing all of their credibility since they have bought into the false ISIS threat coming to the US and the EU mainlands.
That the mainstream planetist press can’t and will not admit that they have been lying to you, also on this matter, I can somehow understand. Their whole operations evolve around deceiving the public. True, a handful of journalists may, every now and then, give you a bone, like Skelton, but that’s all you’ll ever get from them. Nothing more.

Starvation Is The Price Greeks Will Pay For Remaining In The EU

By Paul Craig Roberts: Syriza, the new Greek government that intended to rescue Greece from austerity, has come a cropper. The government relied on the good will of its EU “partners,” only to find that its “partners” had no good will. The Greek government did not understand that the only concern was the bottom line, or profits, of those who held the Greek debt.
The Greek people are as out to lunch as their government. The majority of Greeks want to remain in the EU even though it means that their pensions, their wages, their social services, and their employment opportunities will be reduced. Apparently for Greeks, being a part of Europe is worth being driven into the ground.
The alleged “Greek crisis” makes no sense whatsoever. It is obvious that Greece cannot with its devastated economy repay the debts that Goldman Sachs hid and then capitalized on the inside information, helping to cause the crisis. If the solvency of the holders of the Greek debt, apparently the NY hedge funds and German and Dutch banks, depends on being repaid, the European Central Bank could just follow the example of the Federal Reserve and print the money to secure the Greek debt. The ECB is already printing 60 billion euros a month to save the European financial system, so why not include Greece?

How The IMF Really Works

"Would you lone money to a deadbeat? That's how the IMF works, It lends money to countries it knows cant pay it back. It's a Jewish scam!" Brother Nathanael

"Horrified" Syriza Hardliners Back "Immediate" Greek Bank Nationalization, Euro Exit

Tyler Durden's picture In “Democracy Under Fire: Troika Looks To Force Greek Political ‘Reshuffle’”, we took an in-depth look at the true motivation behind the hardline stance adopted by Greece’s creditors. In short, we’ve argued that the troika is determined to send a strong message to EMU member countries that threatening to expose the idea of euro indissolubility as fiction is not a viable bargaining strategy when it comes to extracting austerity concessions from Brussels.
This became even more important after regional and municipal elections in Spain which betrayed growing resentment for the troika and strong support for Podemos, a progressive political movement that is, in many ways, ideologically aligned with Syriza. Here’s what we said last month:
It is becoming increasingly clear that the Syriza show will ultimately have to be canceled in Greece (or at least recast) if the country intends to find a long-term solution that allows for stable relations with European creditors although it may be time for Greeks to ask themselves if binding their fate to Europe is in their best interests given that some EU officials seem to be perfectly fine with inflicting untold economic pain upon everyday Greeks if it means usurping the ‘radical leftists.’
Less than a week later, Syriza hardliners called for a default to the IMF and a return to the drachma.

Pick A Pocket Or Two

Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss picking a pocket or two as the UK returns to Dickensian times. In the second half, Max continues his interview with documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield about whether #BlackLivesMatter when NHI (“no humans involved”).
