The TSA Is Keeping A Secret Watchlist Of Americans Who Fight Back Against Pointless Groping
Authored by James Bovard:
The TSA justified the list by saying that its screeners were assaulted 34 times last year, but did not release any details about the alleged assaults.
Naturally, the TSA's official definition of troublemaking goes well beyond punching its officers. According to a confidential memo, any behavior that is "offensive and without legal justification" can land a traveler on the list,
"I need a witness!" exclaimed the security screener at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.I thought of this exchange last week when the New York Times revealed that the Transportation Security Administration has created a secret watchlist for troublesome passengers.
Because I had forgotten to remove my belt before going through a scanner, he explained, I must undergo an "enhanced patdown."
I told him that if he jammed his hand into my groin, I'd file a formal complaint. So he summoned his supervisor to keep an eye on the proceedings.

Welcome To The Hotel Europa...
'Both the EU and the euro have been designed: not just as a prison, but as a prison without any doors or windows. No way to get out.'
Authored by Raul Ilargi Meijer: On Friday, in This is the End of the Euro, I said: The euro has become a cage, a prison for the poorer brethren. The finance minister proposed by 5-Star/Lega and refused by Italian president Mattarella, Paolo Savona, has called the euro a German cage. There are now stories spreading that the coalition, Savona first of all, were secretly planning an exit from the euro. A series of slides Savona prepared in 2015 on how to exit the euro is used as evidence of that secret plan. But the slides are not secret. Yes, he has said that it’s good to have a plan to leave ‘if necessary’. But that’s not the same as secretly planning such a move.
Every country should have such a plan, and you would hope they do. A government that doesn’t is being very irresponsible. But it’s true, this is how both the EU and the euro have been designed: not just as a prison, but as a prison without any doors or windows. No way to get out. And that will prove to be its fatal flaw.
The United States Is A Force For Chaos Across The Planet
By Mark Karlin: The United States is "incapable of producing any results other than destruction and further fragmentation across staggeringly large parts of the planet," argues Tom Engelhardt, author of A Nation Unmade by War. Since 1991, the US has been engaged in a misguided and destructive exercise of triumphalism. In this interview, Engelhardt discusses why the US is an empire of chaos.
Mark Karlin: How much money has gone to the US "war on terror" and what has been the impact of this expenditure?
Tom Engelhardt: The best figure I've seen on this comes from the Watson Institute's Costs of War Project at Brown University, and it's a staggering $5.6 trillion, including certain future costs to care for this country's war vets. President Trump himself, with his usual sense of accuracy, has inflated that number even more, regularly speaking of $7 trillion being lost somewhere in our never-ending wars in the Greater Middle East. One of these days, he's going to turn out to be right.
As for the impact of such an expenditure in the regions where these wars continue to be fought, largely nonstop,

Jewish Currency Rapist Soros Is Funding A Brexit Re-Vote Campaign, Set To Launch "In The Next Few Days"
By Tyler Durden: George 'Nation Rapist' Soros revealed that he has been sneakily pouring money into a campaign for a second Brexit referendum set to begin "in the next few days," according to the billionaire.
Speaking to an audience at the European Council for Foreign Relations in Paris on Tuesday, Soros said that Brexit was an example of "territorial disintegration," that has impaired the smooth function of the EU, according to The Times.
"Most of the damage is felt right now when the European Union is in an existential crisis, but its attention is diverted to negotiating a separation agreement with Britain. That’s a lose-lose proposition, but it could be converted into a win-win situation," said the 87-year-old Soros.
Soros has reportedly given £700,000 (US$927,000) to the group "Best for Britain," an anti-Brexit organization which has been pushing for a second referendum.
According to the billionaire, another referendum "would be good for Britain but would also render Europe a great service by rescinding Brexit and not creating a hard-to-fill hole in the European budget.
