Iran Seizes Foreign Tanker "Smuggling" Fuel In The Gulf

By Tyler Durden: Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says it has seized a foreign vessel with 12-crew members carrying one million barrels of oil. In an official Iranian media statement early on Thursday, the country's military asserted the tanker was caught "smuggling" the fuel through the Strait of Hormuz. 
While details to the breaking story remain confused, with some early reports speculating it could be reference to the Riah tanker which since the past weekend disappeared as it drifted toward Iranian waters in the Strait of Hormuz, what is clear is that Tehran is ramping up the pressure, perhaps now making good on its longtime threat to cut off global shipping through the vital oil passageway. 
"A foreign vessel smuggling one million liters of fuel in the Lark Island of the Persian Gulf has been seized," state run ISNA said, adding that the ship was seized on Sunday.

The Lie Factory 'CNN' Is Collapsing ~ Thank Goodness

One would have thought CNN would have learned a lesson.  But apparently not. The scum or fools, whichever it is, that runs CNN decided instead to tell even more lies.  The propaganda ministry concocted an even less believable story than the ones that had driven away 40% of CNN viewers.  The story “reported” by Alex Marquardt goes as follows:
Assange, being a Russian spy, turned the Ecuadorian embassy in London where he had asylum into a command post for arranging a US presidential election outcome that pleased the Russians.  Marquardt spins a fantasy of how Assange from his embassy base, undeterred by Ecuadoran President Correa or the Ecuadoran ambassador to the UK, and aided with deliveries of hacked materials and suspicious meetings with Rusians and world-class hackers, undermined the American presidential election.
