Russia’s ICBM launch at Ukraine this morning triggered early warning systems - - - and such launches are, by default, assumed to be nuclear. So for a short time, the US and Europe thought Russia was nuking Ukraine.

They only knew that it was not nuclear by checking to see if the city of Dnipro was still physically there after the impacts.

Essentially, If Russia decides to nuke Ukraine … the west will watch because they can do nothing other than that.

They wrote: "The chamber considered that there are reasonable grounds to believe that both individuals intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in Gaza of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water, and medicine and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity."

By Hal Turner: As of 11:12 PM eastern Standard Time on 19 November 2024 here in the USA, reports are now coming in saying the Russian Federation has evacuated its political officials to nuclear bunkers in the Ural Mountains.

It was reported by me in coverage yesterday that Russian President Putin had boarded an aircraft in Moscow at about 3:30 AM Moscow Time Sunday-into-Monday, and was flown to the Ural Mountains.

That report also revealed that high ranking Russian military officers - and their wives - were in the process of boarding planes or already flying out to the Ural Mountains just an hour or two after President Putin.
