Cuts & Chaos: Desperation drives Greek clashes

The debt-ridden EU has suffered another blow from ratings agencies. Moody's has downgraded the debt ratings of six EU states - including vulnerable Portugal, Italy and Spain. It comes as the bloc struggles to prevent Greece from default by offering bailouts in return for more austerity.
