HALC: Two weeks ago, a 13-year-old girl died in Thessaloniki from carbon
monoxide poisoning when her family was forced to burn coal after their
electricity was cut. Nearly 1 in 3 Greeks live in poverty, and some 3
million don't have health insurance.
Greece is in crisis, and it's time for our community to step up.
Earlier this month, HALC launched a relief campaign with The Hellenic Initiative, a non-profit that's helping to fund on-the-ground relief efforts in Greece. No need for politicians, no need for a class with the privilege of money creation and debasement and to siphon off every transaction, no need to take only 10% or 20% (arguably 0%) of the benefit of our own natural resources. Short term genderless national service youth could replace lifer self servant bureaucrats. This is what happens when we elect others to do our thinking for us. We revert to the mental state of frightened children.
Definitely donate... but not for unnecessary mercury toxic vaccinations.
