Protesters have taken to the streets in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, to express their solidarity with Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip, who are currently being bombarded by Israeli airstrikes.

The Israeli military frequently launches indiscriminate attacks against the Palestinians residing in Gaza, which has remained literally cut off from the outside world by a crippling Israeli blockade since 2007.
In November 2012, Israel launched an eight-day war on Gaza. Over 160 Palestinians were killed and some 1,200 others were wounded in the Israeli offensive.

Israeli medical sources said three people had been wounded in the rocket fire, while one of them sustained serious injuries.

'Two Rockets Fired From Lebanon Hit Israel'
A spokeswoman for the Israeli army said a lone rocket crashed into a field near Kfar Yuval, between the cities of Metula and Kiryat Shmona. Israeli media, however, reported that two Katyusha rockets slammed into an area north of Kiryat Shmona, one of which struck a deserted road.
Lebanon’s news agency NNA also reported that the rockets were fired toward “occupied territories” at 6.30 a.m. (0430 GMT) from the Hasbaya area in Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the spokeswoman noted that the military hit back with artillery fire. A Lebanese security source confirmed the firing of rockets into Israel.
“The Israelis fired back, launching some 25 shells at the outskirts of Kfar Shuba,” the Lebanese source told AFP, referring to a village in the south.
There have been no reports of casualties or damage.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the rocket attack. However, the Israeli army says the projectiles were fired by a Palestinian group in an act of solidarity with Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, which is engaged in a confrontation with the Israeli military.
Israeli warplanes and drones have reportedly pounded more than 600 targets across the Gaza Strip since Tuesday, leaving more than 100 people dead.
