Roofie Detecting Nail Polish Promotes Rape Culture?

Julie Borowski: Some people are saying that nail polish that changes colors when it comes into contact with date rape drugs actually promotes rape culture. Here are my thoughts. Teaching people not to rape and roofie detecting nail polish are not mutually exclusive.
