RN: Answers to media questions by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov following the meeting of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Riyadh, June 1, 2022.
Theses: As far as the Russian Federation is concerned, there are no problems with ensuring a sustainable supply of grain to world markets. The problem lies in the lack of free exit from Ukrainian ports through the minefields that were planted by Ukrainian military personnel. The West very loudly reminds that the grain did not fall under the sanctions, they are silent that the ships that transport Russian grain fell under the sanctions. They are not accepted in European ports.
Western sanctions against Russia do not work, because the West is reducing its purchases of energy resources (oil, gas) from Russia, and world energy prices are rising. As a result, Russia receives even more revenue than last year. Let the West draw conclusions.
