It reclaimed the ground beneath its own feet. Not with slogans. Not with diplomats. But with a law, a hard, irreversible law that redefined ownership itself. The new policy is radical not because it’s aggressive, but because it’s honest. It admits what no one in global politics wants to say out loud: that African land, in its current form, has become a currency—a—tool for those who don’t live on it, work it, or understand it to profit from it.
So Traoré’s government ended the charade. As the African Diaspora saying goes, "I am because we are, and we are because I am."
