"Hit Job" Decades Old Accusations Against Russell Brand Sound Suspicious!

Jimmy Dore: Russell Brand appeared Thursday in court on five separate charges of rape and sexual assault. An investigation was launched after Brand was accused of sexual offences by several women.

The charges date back more than a decade, and were only brought to the forefront after a joint investigation by a range of British media outlets that tracked down the women involved.

Brand has said he welcomed the opportunity to prove his innocence.
