Sasha: UK Inflation has increased to 4.1% on the back of higher taxes and higher minimum wage coming in this year.
The inflation problem in the UK is now getting significantly worse than in other major economies.
And the big problem is that this inflation is not caused by high consumption which means it is difficult for the Bank of England to deal with it via interest rates.
