"Rwanda talks to Italy, wants to take in any illegal black immigrants in Europe."
Zack Mwekassa: We examine calls from some Nigerians urging the United Kingdom to take action against Muslims to deport them, the reactions surrounding these statements, and the wider debate about religion, immigration, freedom of expression, and social tensions. What is really behind these demands, and how are Nigerians and others responding?
Angelos Agathangelou: I like Zack Mwekassa for the interesting perspectives he brings regarding Africa, but on this occasion he seems to suggest that there is functioning democracy in Britain and Europe. Of course we who live here know that he's mistaken.
The British voted themselves out of Europe to stop the flow of immigrants and our politicians made it even worse and shipped in over a million immigrants, many illegal, per year since so-called BREXIT.
In another referendum the Greeks voted "OXI" i.e. to tell the bankers to go to hell who lent money they knew could never be repaid and the Greek government shafted the Greek people and sold off Greece’s valuable assets, ports etc, for peanuts to pay these legalised loan sharks aka banksters and let their people suffer.
In Britain a new political party got around 4,000,000 votes and 5 seats in parliament while the winning establishment party got around 12,000,000 votes and 411 seats in parliament. Does that sound like a democracy?
If anyone thinks there is democracy in Europe and Britain, then they are either deluded, or they haven’t been paying attention.
