By Belinda Brown: Sophie Walker of the Women's Equality Party has decided to stand against Tory MP Philip Davies in Shipley in Yorkshire. The WEP can gain publicity from this ruse. Davies is despised by the Left for refusing to engage in their virtue-signalling. By taking him on they hope to increase their own support. Their strategy is in danger of backfiring. The left wing have formed a coalition ‘The Progressive Alliance’ with the idea that they will stand aside for each other to strengthen the anti-Tory vote. By providing an alternative to the Labour Party, Shipley’s indigenous feminists, the Shipley Feminist Zealots, feel that the WEP is behaving inconsiderately. The WEP may gain publicity, but it will split Shipley’s left wing vote. But taking a stand against Philip Davies is a priority. He is a member of the House of Commons Women and Equalities Committee but is guided by his constituents rather than by feminist ideology. He also received a great deal of public support when he suggested removing the ‘women’ word. His investigation into custodial sentencing showed an alarming(to the feminists) attention to fact and detail. Sophie Walker by contrast does not allow herself to be fettered bythe truth.

Max and Stacy discuss the all talk, no action of the ‘we’re going to rise up one day generation’. In the meantime, central banks have become all talk, all action with their monetary revolution.
By Tim Patten: A battle against dads is underway in the United States where there reigns confusion and conflicting expectations about how household responsibilities should be divvied up. This regularly leads to rancorous negotiations, resentment and bickering among couples that are raising children together. The general perception is that fathers are deficient in picking up suitable household chores. In fact, many women’s groups maintain that fathers are patriarchal oppressors of their women who decide to stay home and look after the children. They say that a significant percentage of husbands and fathers are not “pitching in” on the domestic front (provoking supposedly justified complaints from their other halves). Other surveys find that men are the reason why an average couple bickers an estimated 2,455 times a year. No wonder there is a modern liberation movement called Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW). These views are not only wrong and unfair, but also fail to take account of biological realities that would likely improve matters for all concerned.
Via Mike P, J4MB:This. The four defendants consist of three women (26, 49, 55) and a wheelchair-bound man (43). The start of the piece:
A vulnerable father of two was tortured to death by his
girlfriend and three of her associates who even forced him to eat his
own testicle, a court has heard. Jimmy Prout, 45, was in a relationship with 26-year-old Ann Corbett,
but last year there was a fall-out with her and their friends who were
like a clan or cult, the jury was told. Mr Prout was then targeted by Miss Corbett and her friends Myra Wood,
49, Kay Rayworth, 55, and Zahid Zaman, 43, in a protracted torture
ordeal that prosecutors said “belongs in the Dark Ages.” His testicle was cut off and he was forced to eat it before his teeth
were knocked out with a hammer and chisel, Newcastle Crown Court was
told.

By Mike Buchanan: A ridiculous piece by Rebecca Marston, Business Reporter, BBC News. Who does Ms Marston ask to comment on the number of women in the senior reaches of the Bank of England? Why, the obvious choice, an acknowledged expert on the financial sector – Sam Smethers, chief executive of the Fawcett Society.
Right: Jewish owned Bank of England's chief mangina
The start of the piece:
Despite being an Old Lady, few real senior women seem to find the Bank of England’s company congenial. Friday marked deputy governor and Monetary Policy Committee member Charlotte Hogg’s last day there. She’s the second woman deputy governor out the door this year. And it’s only April. Another executive director, Jenny Scott, is also leaving and in June, fellow MPC member Kristin Forbes goes. Fair enough, Ms Hogg’s departure is not a sign of mutual antipathy. She resigned for failing to stick to the letter of the rules on disclosing family connections within the industry.
By Paul Craig Roberts: The North Korean “crisis” is a Washington orchestration. North Korea was last at war 1950-53. N. Korea has not attacked or invaded anyone in 64 years. N. Korea lacks the military strength to attack any country, such as South Korea and Japan, that is protected by the US. Moreover, China would not permit N. Korea to start a war. So what is the demonization of N. Korea by the presstitutes and Trump administration about? It is about the same thing that the demonization of Iran was about. The “Iranian threat” was an orchestration that was used as cover to put US anti-ballistic missile bases on Russia’s borders. An anti-ballistic missile (ABM) is intended to intercept and destroy nuclear-armed ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) and prevent them from reaching their targets. Washington claimed that the anti-ABM bases were not directed at Russia, but were for the protection of Europe against Iran’s nuclear ICBMs. Insouciant Americans might have believed this, but the Russians surely did not as Iran has neither ICBMs nor nuclear weapons. The Russian government has made it clear that Russia understands the US bases are directed at preventing a Russian retalliation against a Washington first strike. The Chinese government also is not stupid. The Chinese leadership understands that the reason for the N. Korean “crisis” is to provide cover for Washington to put anti-ballistic missile sites near China’s border.
