Update on trial transcript purchases: A money order for $362.25 is in the mail for the transcript of Donelda Kay who got away with killing a guy after only a 6 week relationship based on Battered Woman Syndrome evidence given by no less than seven “experts”. Still no quote on the Lavallee trial and whether or not they'll even admit I can buy it. There is a time difference delaying the conversation but we've gone to step 2 where they admit it exists.
Makes perfect sense. Laws and policies over the past several decades have been designed to give women increasing power over men. With VAWA, as a man, you're guilty until proven innocent. A man can be removed from his home for being angry and yelling. With "Yes Means Yes", a law that feminists hope to push up to the criminal justice system, you can be expelled from college if you can't prove consent after having sex. No fault divorce has been around for decades and is used by women to discard unwanted husbands while still retaining their income and retaining custody of "her kids".
ReplyDeleteSoon, there will be a push to redefine domestic abuse in term of denying monetary resources in cohabitation and marriage and to redefine cohabitation in terms of palimony (alimony for and asset division for cohabiting women).
There's no difference between a feminist and an anti-feminists. They're two sides of the same coin. Both hope to eschew the aspects of "the patriarchy" that don't benefit women while holding onto the aspects of the patriarchy that do. That men should sacrifice their lives and happiness for women is an expectation of both. Naïve, ignorant men (90% of the male population) won’t understand this. Why? They’ve been brainwashed into being self-sacrificing white knights. It’s a simple, yet brilliant plan. What’s more, it’s working perfectly.
Excellent observations. These changes are similar in the UK and friends confirm it is global. If true or just a great analogy, 'Willie Lynch' is apparently the global flavour of the century. 90% sounds about right, perhaps a little generous.
DeleteYes, the 'stupid' plan is working perfectly, for the moment. After 12 years campaigning I see cracks appearing. I have seen the MHRM become an ever expanding knowledge base that is now an unassailable brain trust and critic.
At this point feminism can not make a move without being scrutinised by the worlds largest philosophical debate among cohorts of highly intelligent global individuals, MHRAs, global F4J, global AVfM etc., armed with stacks of superior knowledge, damning facts and government statistics.
Furthermore some are continuing to learn and grow beyond the pre set parameters, anti-feminist, etc.. Have hope, push back. ;-)
