Will this be precedent be enjoyed by AIB Bank, in which the Irish government are a major shareholder, and others? Semi States and utilities have never had access to Social Security details before in this country.
The main shareholders in Irish Water are the Irish government 51% and Ervia 49% the new name for the Bord Gais Infrastructure arm, since the sale of the energy supply arm to Centrica.
