According to my sources, the Belarus delegation ( led by Foreign Minister Maxim Vladimirovich Ryzhenkov ) that headed to Damascus on the 24th January had a mission to request permission for the high level Russian delegation to meet with the Al Qaeda-rebranded, unelected ‘President’ of Syria.
