What Russia has done is very good and way better than any US conflict in living memory. ...If Russia had wished they are quite as capable as the US of shock and awe, of destroying everything in their path, if not more so and they could have taken the whole of Ukraine within weeks. They chose to remember that Ukraine is Russia's neighbour and they chose to prosecute this operation with care to cause as few civilian casualties as possible and they chose to focused on saving their persecuted Russian brethren in the East.
Why is everyone intent on forgetting, or omitting the fact that Russia has not decimated, or indeed captured Kiev and Ukraine to the East when she surely could have? This is not due to the brave Ukrainians holding Russia back, this is due to the very reason Russia entered Ukraine, i.e. they went there to [a] protect their fellow Russians who had been under bombardment attack in contravention of the Minsk agreement and begging for assistance for nearly a decade and [b] to make it clear that US nuclear weapons would never be allowed on Russia's border, just as the US would never allow nuclear weapons on an island [Cuba] off the coast of America.
We all know this but even the most clear thinking pundits seem to avoid this herd of elephants in the room.
And this constant war propaganda 'Putin' this and 'Putin' that, when anyone in the know knows that Putin is the most level headed of Russians with most others calling for nuclear retaliation, the sinking of the UK with 2 sons of satan nuclear weapons and worse. Get a grip people.
Love from England, yeah that's right, we're not all deluded idiots in Britain, it's mainly only our captured so-called representatives who clearly work for foreign interests and definitely not the interests of the British people and of course the 20% that you can fool all of the time.
