The Reform UK leader is in Washington where he has raised concerns about British restrictions on freedom of speech.
He is appearing before the House Judiciary Committee, which is looking at the effect that British and European online safety laws are having on US tech giants.
Mr Farage raised the case of Graham Linehan, the Father Ted creator, who was arrested by five armed officers over posts he made on X about transgender people.
