They took away memory cards and sold us cloud storage. They took CDs and DVDs and sold us streaming. They took software you once bought as yours and turned it into a monthly subscription. Corporate America figured out the real money wasn’t in selling you something. It was making sure you NEVER actually own it.

According to AI Overview, for Existing Homes, the median sales price for existing single-family homes and condos is  $429,100.

For New Construction, the U.S. Census Bureau reports the median sales price for new houses sold is $410,700, with the broader average around $502,700.

Prices vary depending on whether you look at averages (skewed higher by multi-million dollar homes) or medians (the midpoint where half cost more and half cost less).

To comfortably afford a $400,000 house, you generally need an annual household income between $90,000 and $130,000, depending on your down payment, interest rate, and monthly debts.

If you pay for the house with a mortgage, the cost of the house with principle, interest, insurance and real estate tax by the time the house is paid for is about triple the purchase price. You will have paid more than $1.2 million for your middle class home.

So Americans cannot afford to buy and they cannot afford to rent.

Having Trump in the White House Is the Same as Having Netanyahu in the White House

By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: The Zionist Trump regime is preparing to give 40,000 tons of bombs to Israel in the largest transfer in history. Moreover, the bombs will be given to Netanyahu’s government at the expense of the American taxpayers, courtesy of the US Foreign Military Financing Program whereby Washington gives Israel the money with which to “purchase” the bombs.  In other words, the “purchase” is a transfer of taxpayer or borrowed funds to US armaments corporations for free delivery of an unprecedented tonnage of bombs to the Israelis.

To put 40,000 tons into perspective, according to AI Overview, Operation Meetinghouse, Washington’s firebombing of Tokyo on March 9-10, 1945,  is the most deadly and destructive air raid in history. US B-29s dropped 1,665 tons of bombs on Tokyo, killing 100,000 civilians and leaving one million civilians homeless and 16 square miles of central Tokyo completely destroyed. The fire-bombing of Tokyo caused more immediate fatalities than the atomic bombs Washington dropped on Hiroshima or Nagasaki.  1,165 is 0.04 percent of 40,000.

What is Israel going to do with 40,000 tons of bombs?  The answer seems to be to complete the Gaza genocide and to start a new genocide in Lebanon.  It is Greater Israel on the march funded by us, the American taxpayers.

We are beginning to see and to experience the consequences of integrating the US and Israeli militaries.  I wonder if the integration isn’t an act of high treason by the Zionist Trump regime.

A vote for a Republican is a vote for Israel’s wars of conquest.  It is a vote for destruction of more Palestinians and Lebanese, and if Israel dares, Iranians. Keep that in mind when you vote this autumn,
