Obama Extends Global Reach Of US SO Death Squads

By Patrick Martin: In major actions reported only briefly by the establishment press, President Obama has given vast new scope to the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), authorizing it to carry out assassinations across the globe.

The units of JSOC have long been employed by the chiefs of the six major regional military commands, such as Centcom, which covers the Middle East and Central Asia, to conduct counter-terrorism operations. One such unit, Seal Team Six, carried out the assassination of Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in May 2011.

Obama has approved a proposal to give JSOC independent authority to operate outside the regional commands, essentially as a globalized assassination force. JSOC units will bypass the regional commanders and report directly to Special Operations Command (SOCOM) in the Pentagon.

According to the Washington Post, “The missions could occur well beyond the battlefields of places like Iraq, Syria and Libya, where Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) has carried out clandestine operations in the past. When finalized, it will elevate JSOC from being a highly-valued strike tool used by regional military commands to leading a new multi-agency intelligence and action force.”

The key words of that resolution were “the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war and the need to work for a just and lasting peace in the Middle East in which every state in the area can live in security,” and the “withdrawal of Israel armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict.”

The charity’s narratives invariably focus on the need for men to talk about their feelings more, and rarely about the state-driven stressors that lead men to suicide – denial of access to children, lack of support for male victims of domestic violence, financial destruction in the divorce courts, unemployment, and so much more.
I should be amazed if Jane Powell is not invited to give oral evidence to the Department of Health inquiry on suicide. We’ve been told it’s ‘highly unlikely’ we’ll be invited, after pointing out in our written submission that the state is the prime ‘actor’ driving men to take their lives.

At this point we don’t know what a Trump government is going to do. If he sells out the people, he won’t be reelected. If he is defeated by the oligarchy, the people will become more radical.

Why Israel Is Burning?

By Gilad Atzmon: Israel’s rural landscape is saturated with pine trees. These trees are new to the region.  The pine trees were introduced to the Palestinians landscape in the early 1930s by the Jewish National Fund (JNF) in an attempt to ‘reclaim the land’ . By 1935, JNF had planted 1.7 million trees over a total area of 1,750 acres. Over fifty years, the JNF planted over 260 million trees largely on confiscated Palestinian land. It did it all in a desperate attempt to hide the ruins of the ethnically cleansed Palestinian villages and their history.
Along the years the JNF performed a crude attempt to eliminate Palestinian civilisation and past  but it also tried to make Palestine look like Europe. The Palestinian natural forest was eradicated. Similarly the olive trees were uprooted. The pine trees took their place. On the southern part of mount Carmel the Israelis named an area as ‘Little Switzerland’. By now, there is no much left of “Little Switzerland.”  
However, the facts on the ground were pretty devastating for the JNF. The pine tree didn’t adapt to the Israeli climate as much as the Israelis failed to adapt to the Middle East. According to JNF statistics, six out of every 10 saplings planted did not survive. Those few trees that did survive formed nothing but a firetrap.

I asked her if she realized that whilst women did not have the vote in the UK of the 1900’s nor did many men, and furthermore that women did not have the vote because they avoided all of the responsibilities that went hand in hand with the vote.. Her response – Silence.

You acknowledge the unfairness of men being accused of rape when both partners are blind drunk and that inequality is less likely to affect young women than young men. You even say we need a well-funded Minister for Men. But your facts and figures are forged in the belly of feminism’s prejudices, your sexist stereotypes place limits on how much you understand.
You peddle the myth that women are more likely to be imprisoned for their first offence. This is nonsense. Men are more likely to receive immediate custody, women are more likely to be discharged. The prison system treats women much more leniently. You have not bothered doing your homework; you do not need to because as a feminist you are on the side of the gods. Men are substantially more likely to be sent to prison for the same category of crime, they are also given longer sentences. If men were treated as leniently as women are by the prison system there would only be one sixth of them there.

You Won’t Find Many Feminists At The Coal Face

By Laura Perrins: On Tuesday night the BBC ran a documentary, The Last Miners. ‘This was a two-part documentary following the workers at Kellingley Colliery in North Yorkshire, the last deep coal mine in Britain, as it prepares to close. The programme joins workers on their commute to work - dropping over 800 metres below ground before taking a workmen's train for four miles to the coalface. As temperatures rise to 33 degrees, it is a hostile and dangerous environment to work in, but their black humour is never far from the surface.’
In case you missed the obvious by ‘workers’ it meant men. It was all men doing this incredibly dangerous job in very difficult conditions. This is something the feminists fail to mention in their quest for equality. They only want equality if it means taking the cushy office jobs.
So it was interesting watching Yvette Cooper, head cheerleader of the feminist movement, defend the men in the House of Commons. She said these men had gotten one of the worst deals of all the miners who lost their jobs after pit closures. Good for Cooper, at least on this point. It is just a shame she fails to see the wood for the trees on so many other issues.

The jobs, at least the good ones, are gone. Many of my relatives and their neighbors work up to 70 hours a week at three minimum-wage jobs, without benefits, to make perhaps $35,000 a year. Or they have no jobs. They cannot afford adequate health coverage under the scam of Obamacare. Alcoholism is rampant in the region. Heroin addiction is an epidemic. Labs producing the street drug methamphetamine make up a cottage industry. Suicide is common. Domestic abuse and sexual assault destroy families. Despair and rage among the population have fueled an inchoate racism, homophobia and Islamophobia and feed the latent and ever present poison of white supremacy.

Corbyn is in denial, according to his critics. The ardent pro-Israel advocate Howard Jacobson has accused him of belonging to the “more un-self-questioning wing of British politics.” Those words are probably more applicable to Tony Blair, the former prime minister and Corbyn’s arch enemy.
Jacobson, a novelist and academic, graciously allows in a recent opinion piece that Israel may be subjected to “fair and honest” criticism but asserts, in the face of reams of historical evidence to the contrary, that the Zionism which created and upholds the state is a “dreamy” and idealistic national liberation movement of the Jewish people that has nothing to do with conquest or colonial expansion.
