RN: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov took part in the SCO summit in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). There, Lavrov answered the question that the United States and the European Union can freeze the foreign exchange reserves of any country! Thus, sanctions can be imposed on any country in the same way that sanctions were imposed against Russia. All this is happening because of Russia's special military operation in Ukraine.
