The French government of President Francois Mitterrand bestowed upon me the French Legion of Honor for the restoration of economic science. President Reagan sent his Budget Director, Jim Miller, to the award ceremony with a letter from Reagan giving me credit for Reagan’s successful economic policy that cured stagflation. The US Department of the Treasury gave me its Silver Medal for “outstanding contributions to US economic policy.” Who’s Who in America gave me the Lifetime Achievements Award. The Press Club of Mexico gave me its International Journalism Award. When my children were born congratulatory letters arrived from such luminaries as the Chief of Naval Operations and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And so on.

Today, my horn is not tooted unless I do it myself, which I have not done but now will. I have ruined myself by telling the truth, and I don’t even get credit for that.

By Tsvetana Paraskova: Russia is earning more than $100 million every day from the gas it sells to Europe despite the slashed deliveries to major EU consumers in the past week, according to data from Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS) cited by Bloomberg.

Due to the rallying natural gas prices, Russian revenues from gas exports are believed to be equal to the revenue last year, when Moscow wasn’t limiting gas flows to Europe and wasn’t (yet) on a collision course with the EU.

“It’s shocking to see that, despite the 75% cut in daily supply by Gazprom to Europe, the daily receipts are still in line with where they were a year ago, and certainly higher than pre-Covid times,” Tom Marzec-Manser, head of gas analytics at ICIS, told Bloomberg.

By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: As I have emphasized for a number of years, the Kremlin’s passivity in the face of provocations encourages more and worse provocations. I have expressed concern that the provocations will cross a red line, and the Kremlin will cease being a passive receiver of provocations. When that time comes, the West might not be prepared for the consequence, comfortable, as it was expressed by the US Department of State the other day, that Russian red lines are just “bluster.”

I have said that if Russia were to put its foot down hard, the provocations would cease, but my opinion has had no effect on the Western “foreign policy community” or on the Kremlin. Russia, it seems, courts provocations, and the West delivers them.

Consider the provocations to Russia of just the past week. The Jews' apartheid regime Israel attacked the civilian airport in Damascus, Syria, closing the airport. This is just another way of putting pressure on Russia while Russia is engaged in clearing Donbass of Ukrainian forces. Syria has effective Russian air defense systems, but evidently is not allowed to use them to deter The Jews' attacks. Apparently, the Kremlin doesn’t understand that it cannot simultaneously protect its Syrian ally and appease The Jews.

Jewish Colonizer Trespassed On Palestinian Land And Fatally Stabbed A Palestinian In The Heart

As Jewish colonialists trespassed on Palestinian land and attacked the owners – and Jewish IDF Israel Death Forces looked on – one Jew stabbed Ali Hassan Harb in the heart. The IDF then blocked him from being transported to the hospital until it was too late to save him.

Via IMEMC: On Tuesday, an illegal Jewish colonizer fatally stabbed a young Palestinian man on his land in Iskaka village, east of Salfit, in the central West Bank.

In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry said the young man, Ali Hasan Harb, 27, was stabbed in the heart and died from his serious wounds.

Eyewitnesses said a Jew stabbed Harb when he and several other Palestinians intercepted an attack by the illegal Jewish colonizers, who invaded their lands and installed an outpost in the al-Harayeq area of the town.

“I was at home when a shepherd phoned us telling the family that several Jewish colonizers are installing an outpost on our land,” his cousin Firas Naim Harb said, “We went to our land, and once we arrived there, the colonizers ran away and stood at a distance before several other colonizers joined them and invaded our lands again.”
