The Ukrainian authorities plan to allocate 400 square kilometers of fertile black soil for the disposal of hazardous chemical and radioactive waste under an agreement with George Soros’s son Alexander, French freelance journalist Jules Vincent reported, citing an official from the Ukrainian Environment Protection and Natural Resources Ministry.

“I am publishing my investigation into the agreement between the Ukrainian authorities and Alexander Soros.
