IRCS Sent First Consignment Of Aid To Gaza

The Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has sent its first shipment of aid, equal to 95 tons, to the Palestinians of the war-torn Gaza Strip.

Zionist Shill Orwellian UK Regulator BANNED Press TV: On Tuesday, the IRCS said it sent 95 tons of aid to the coastal enclave, including 35 tons of medicine and medical equipment.
Tents, blankets, and canned food were among other items sent to Gaza.
The Egyptian government has agreed to allow the Iranian consignment pass through the strip’s Rafah crossing.
The IRCS said the group was planning to send ambulances to Gaza after 47 of them were targeted and destroyed with high tech precision Weapons of Mass Destruction during the course of the recent genocidal Israeli onslaught. Iran is also ready to treat a number of injured from the Israeli butchery, according to the IRCS.

Fishbein: Pamela Coukos, US Dept. of Labor Senior Program Advisor (and perhaps Senior Propaganda Advisor?), wrote a blog post titled “Myth Busting the Pay Gap.” At first, Coukos’s arguments that there is a gender pay gap and that it’s related to sexism look reasonable. After all, she doesn’t claim that 100% of the difference in men’s and women’s wages comes from sexism. She writes, “Economists generally attribute about 40% of the pay gap to discrimination—making about 60% explained by differences between workers or their jobs.”
My reaction to that: Wow! Economists, who rarely agree on anything at all, really agree that 40% of the pay gap is related to discrimination? I’ve got to learn more about this!Coukos didn’t specify any economists as part of her claim, so I did my own homework.

James Foley Worked Under USAID, A Known U.S. Intelligence Front. Was He More Than Just a Journalist?

First, the brutal beheading of anyone is barbaric, unacceptable and tragic beyond description. Second, this piece is in no way intended to cause any harm or pain to the Foley family. Third, I don’t have any proof that James Foley was involved in covert intelligence work for the U.S. government.
All that being said, I do think it is important people understand he worked under USAID in Iraq only three years before he was abducted in Syria. As such, I believe the question as to whether or not he was more than just a journalist is a reasonable one to ask. Mike Brown was a young man who lost his life needlessly at the hands of a police officer and it is our intention to condemn the Ferguson police for their illegal and immoral violence against him. Brown was well loved by his family and friends and we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge their grief, offer our deepest condolences.
A community ought to be able to trust in its leadership and police to protect it from danger. When the governmental authority and law enforcement of a community forget who they serve, we lose sight of this country’s founding principles of freedom and equality and inevitably head for institutional violence. This tragedy and others like it in recent memory like the deaths of Trayvon Martin in Florida, Eric Gardner in New York, and Kelly Thomas in California call into question the integrity of American policing and its various levels of leadership. Included in the MHRM’s concerns over integrity of leadership are the local, state, and federal legislatures which write and oversee the implementation of law and order.
In condoning and even promoting gender profiling on suspicion of crime, the possibility of racial profiling becomes inevitable.

By Wolf Richter: The four largest banks in China, the banks that have to officially show big profits and profit growth no matter what because they’re an integral part not only of the government but also of China’s miraculous debt-driven expansion, are showing officially tolerated signs of increasing stress. For perspective, in 2009, following the Lehman moment, as other banks were collapsing and were bailed out, the profits of these four banks grew even then, if only by a combined 2.9%.

These four mastodons – Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, and Bank of China – admitted to 384.7 billion yuan ($62.6 billion) of bad loans on their book at the end of June, a 13.2% jump from just six months earlier. The jump in bad loans ranged from 11% at Agricultural Bank of China to 17% at Bank of China.
If we suspend our disbelief in Chinese numbers, bank numbers in general, and Chinese bank numbers in particular, for a very brief moment and accept them temporarily as if these bad-loan numbers were actually something close to reality, rather than something ludicrously beautified, they would amount to about 1% of total lending by these banks. And it’s gnawing at their profits: their relentless state-mandated rise slowed to 9.6% over prior year.
Culprit? Struggling companies in the manufacturing, wholesale, and retail sectors, particularly those involved in the now curdling property market.
