Via Tyler Durden: Update(1305ET): Outspoken former Russian president and current deputy chairman of the security council Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday in a post on social media that the overnight drone attack on the Kremlin has left Moscow with no options but to "eliminate" Ukrainian President Zelensky and his "clique". Essentially he's calling for a 'decapitation' strike of the government in Kiev.

As for Zelensky, he's vehemently denied his government was behind the attack, which Russia is asserting was an assassination attempt targeting Putin. Here's the "Ukraine = Big Israel" Jew Zelensky begging Russia to spare his life...

Ireland Government's Hate Speech Bill Promotes 'Thought Crime Legislation'

Authored by Naveen Anthrapully: Irish authorities are pushing forward a bill that will make it a crime to disseminate and possess content deemed to be hateful—a development Elon Musk warns is a threat to free speech in the country.

The Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022 (pdf) seeks to “amend the law relating to the prohibition of incitement to violence or hatred against a person or a group of persons on account of certain characteristics (referred to as protected characteristics) of the person or the group of persons and to provide for an offence of condoning, denying or grossly trivialising genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes against peace.”

It aims at “combating certain forms and expressions of racism and xenophobia by means of criminal law.”

The bill classifies “race, skin colour, nationality, religion, national or ethnic origin, descent, gender, sex characteristics, sexual orientation, and disability” as protected characteristics.

Scientists Say Meat Is Crucial To The Human Diet - Warn Against Vegan 'Zealotry'

By Tyler Durden: Dozens of experts were asked to look into the science behind claims that meat eating causes disease and is harmful for the planet in a special issue of a journal called Animal Frontiers.  They have warned against a widespread societal push towards plant-based diets, arguing that poorer communities with low meat intake often suffer from stunting, wasting and anemia driven by a lack of vital nutrients and protein.

Thousands of scientists across the globe have also joined The Dublin Declaration, a group stating that livestock farming is too important to society to “become the victim of zealotry.”  They say that many of the negative claims about meat in our diet are simply not true. 

The Dublin Declaration group has published a statement allowing global signatories to join them in defending meat supported diets and contradicting common claims made by establishment institutions against livestock in agriculture. In particular, the scientists stress that meats provide vitamin B12 intake in human diets, play a major role in supplying retinol, omega-3 fatty acids and minerals such as iron and zinc, as well as important compounds for metabolism, such as taurine and creatine.  There is no vegan equivalent that fills these nutritional needs and a number of supplements are often required to keep them healthy.

Palestinian Khader Adnan, who has been arrested by the Jews 14 times and spent more than 8 years in Israel coolers, died today after an 87-day hunger strike – his 5th – in protest of his illegal administrative detention by the Jews' anti Gentile apartheid regime Israel. Israel refused to allow his family to visit him even as his condition deteriorated. He was one of about 600 Palestinian Survivors held without charge or trial.

Via IMEMC: Today in the morning, the death of the detainee Khader Adnan, who has been on a 87-day- hunger strike in protest against his administrative detention by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), was announced. At dawn, Adnan was found unconscious in his cell before his death was later declared after transferring him to the hospital.

By Tom Ozimek: First Republic Bank has been seized by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), which announced on May 1 that the beleaguered bank is being bought by JPMorgan Chase.

California financial regulators on May 1 ordered First Republic Bank closed, with the FDIC appointed as receiver.

“To protect depositors, the FDIC is entering into a purchase and assumption agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Columbus, Ohio, to assume all of the deposits and substantially all of the assets of First Republic Bank,” the FDIC stated on May 1.
