'Nonce' Former Vice President [US] Is Trying To Stay Relevant
Politically Correct Former Vice President Joe Biden (D) spoke recently about campus rape culture and how to prevent rape.
By Jordan Holbrook: Speaking at George Mason University in Virginia on Wednesday, Ex-VP Joe Biden was visiting the campus as part of the It’s On Us Campaign and was joined by 13 Reasons Why start Alisha Boe and the series’ executive producer, Joy Gorman Wettels. Snippets of the talk can be found below:
Let’s deconstruct this a little bit, shall we!? Let’s apply a little critical thought here, that’s the hip thing to do nowadays, am I right!?
So, in the first thirty seconds or so he iterates the point “if she is drunk, dead drunk, you are raping her … Consent require affirmative consent”. Well, gee, holy fuck. I guess we all learned a lot here, didn’t we class C-137! Thank goodness we got good ol’ Joe Biden here to tell us this else no-one would ever have known.
Dismantling The Distortion About "Apartheid" Israel
'The oxymoron “Jewish and democratic” betrayed the very notion that in a genuine democracy sovereignty resides in the people – all the people, not a select ethno-religious group.'
By Rod Such: The historian Ilan Pappe’s latest work, Ten Myths About Israel, is a useful primer for people just becoming familiar with the Palestinian liberation struggle – but it is far more than that. It is also a valuable tool for veteran organizers seeking to explain cogently and simply how Israel’s foundational myths and ongoing propaganda perpetuate the oppression of the Palestinian people. While concise at 192 pages, Ten Myths About Israel points readers to many of the seminal works in Palestinian and Israeli historiography. Those who wish to explore more deeply can thereby obtain other, more in-depth guides.
What are the 10 myths? Pappe divides the book into three sections: “Fallacies of the Past,” “Fallacies of the Present” and “Looking Ahead.” The six myths of the past include the well-known saying, “a land without a people for a people without a land,” the conflation of Zionism and Judaism, Zionism as a national liberation movement and the alleged voluntary flight of Palestinians during the 1948 war.

The Real Barack Obama Is Finally Exposed To Everyone
By Michael Krieger: I’ve been surprised by the number of people who lived in total denial about who Barack Obama actually was throughout his entire administration, suddenly pointing out the ethical and demoralizing implications of his recent decision to accept $400,000 for a speech to Wall Street firm Cantor Fitzgerald.
For myself and countless others, the writing was on the wall from virtually day one when he appointed Wall Street sycophants Timothy Geithner and Larry Summers to senior positions within his administration. Then came the policies, which were even more generous to Wall Street than any cynic could imagine. I posted countless pieces on Obama’s cronyism throughout his Presidency, constantly referring to him as an oligarch-coddling fraud, which his record unquestionably confirms.

Why The Defunct Women’s Equality Party May Hand Philip Davies MP A Win In Shipley
By Robyn Vinter: If the last few elections have taught us anything, it is how much
division can breed political success. Take the Conservative MP Philip
Davies. Like Donald Trump (who he would have voted for “in a heartbeat”) and Nigel Farage (who he agrees with “on practically everything”), Davies is enjoying being both popular and incredibly unpopular at the same time.
His attempts to derail legislation to protect only female victims of domestic violence, his views that employers should be able to pay disabled people less, and what some have labelled his repeated “lobbying for blacking up” have served their purpose and attracted the attention of national media, the ire of equality campaigners and helped him to find fans among disenfranchised men.
But many of his constituents have made it clear he does not represent their views. Shipley, in Bradford, West Yorkshire, has been home to feminist marches, discussion groups and bake sales organised by the informal non-partisan Shipley Feminist Zealots (SFZ) – so called after Davies remarked that “feminist zealots really do want to have their cake and eat it”.
