Dear Sir, Mayor of Bristol city,

Shame, you are apparently participating in a hoax, or more probably a con. The UK Office for National Statistics says less than nothing is happening and that as a matter of fact there are 'less deaths registered than the average' for August [over 2000 less deaths in England] and less than average deaths registered in September.

We have indiscriminately and without any delicacy, or nuance, hidden under our beds for something that has no more effect than and that is in fact nothing more than a common cold and worse, but I'll keep this message short for now.

Our caution at first was understandable, our continued general lockdown in the face of the facts in our possesion is nothing short of a massive crime deeply wounding our society. You are apparently the local spokesperson for that massive crime.

Wake up, or hang your head in shame. ...During remembrance we should remember that our forefathers supposedly fought wars to avoid the fascism you are now enforcing without nuance and is seems without question, very much like a jackboot stamping on the face of humanity forever.

There's an old English saying that would seem applicable to your last COVID youtube message given the facts reported by the ONS and tens of thousands of scientists and medics, ...you were pissing on us during that last video whilst telling us it was raining. Cherry picking your supplied facts to fit the police state narrative you are happily pushing as a great best option.

If you are in fact innocent, following poor advice, because you feel personally unqualified to understand, or find the pertinent facts, I will gladly advise you further on the matter and point you to the facts and good advice that you are clearly missing.
