By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: Some people will regard my title as hyperbole.  It is not.  Trump, I believe, understands he is in a fight to the death.  The American establishment tried to discredit and ruin him, to imprison him, to assassinate him.  They stole his 2020 reelection from him. They tried to steal his NY properties. It is not possible for Trump to have illusions about what he is up against.  He is up against evil.

Trump knows that the fight is not just about him. It is about America. For decades a corrupt American establishment has been running the government for their benefit at the expense of the American people. Trump says he intends to take government out of the corrupt establishment’s hands and put it back in the hands of the people.  That is the last place the establishment wants it.  For them the struggle Trump began in 2015 is existential. If Trump loses, America loses, and the establishment wins. Civil liberties will disappear, especially for “racist” white people and for people who think there are only two genders. Censorship and false narratives will prevail, and we will live in a belief system constructed for us by the establishment and the whore media for whom government is a profit center.

At the beginning of his first term as president, Donald Trump issued an executive order temporarily banning travel from several countries - Yemen, for example, Sudan, Libya, and four others - that had been identified as major exporters of terrorism.  The left went nuts, excoriating Trump for his “racist” “Muslim travel ban.”

It wasn’t a “Muslim travel ban,” but try telling that to Seattle District Court judge James Robart. 

He sniffed the air, sensed the pleasing hysteria and press coverage, and issued a cursory restraining order against Trump’s executive order. The humorous part of Robart’s order came towards the end.  As I wrote at the time, Robart insisted that the “declaratory and injunctive relief” outlined in his order be applied immediately and on a “nationwide basis”.

By Hal Turner: For days, word has been seeping-out that the US and Russia have been communicating behind the scenes, at the Department Level, regarding primarily the Russia-Ukraine conflict.  At least one time during this process, Presidents Trump and Putin spoke with each other.   Today, something bad happened.

For some reason, not yet known, Sergei Ryabkov, the Deputy Foreign Minister, stated today "Russia-US relations are at breaking point."

Ryabkov said Russia repeatedly voiced that Moscow-Washington ties are "balancing on the brink of a rupture," and that the administration under former President Joe Biden "bet on a hybrid war" with the goal of inflicting a "strategic defeat" on Russia.
