How Countries Are Destroyed + The Solution To The Conflict Is A Mutual Security Agreement

By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: Virginia, formerly a proud and distinguished state, is the home of many of the founding fathers of the United States–George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, George Mason–has fallen into the hands of people ashamed of Virginia’s proud heritage.

The state of Virginia was destroyed by the influx of lobbyists and federal government bureaucrats who serve every interest except the public’s. There have been many victims, including Virginia’s integrity. In 2021 during the Biden regime, the statue of Robert E Lee, in Richmond, the capital of Virginia, was taken down. With the stature went Virginia’s history.

Robert E Lee successfully defended Richmond during the War for the Merrill Tariff of 1861. Richmond fell only after Robert E Lee surrendered his starving and barefoot Army of Northern Virginia, which the Confederacy could no longer provision. The removal of Lee’s statue has disgraced the state of Virginia for all time.

The removal of Lee’s stature was justified on the ignorant grounds that Lee was a racist slave owner who fought for slavery. Lee was a US army officer who spent his life fighting Mexico and Indians for the United States government and serving as superintendent of West Point. He was offered Lincoln’s Union Army command, but replied that he could not war against his own state. In those days people thought of themselves as citizens of their state, and not as citizens of the United States. States rights still existed and most people experienced government at the state level.

Virginia’s newly elected governor Abigail Spanberger has appointed as Virginia’s secretary of public safety and homeland security, the FBI agent, Stanley Meador, who authorized the notorious memo that targeted “radical- traditional Catholics.” Notice the association that Meador gave traditional Catholics with the term, “radical-traditional.” In other words, the memo positions traditional as radical. Meador epitomizes the lack of integrity in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and now he is in charge of public safety in Virginia.

Throughout the Biden years and even before during the Obama years and perhaps as well, the George W. Bush era, we have seen traditional normality increasingly associated with extremism, thus setting up the essential soul of the United States for discrediting and overthrow. The dishonest use of false association to discredit normality is the tactic of the liberal-left and illustrates their attack on America’s foundation.

Washington has done its best to create large numbers of foreign enemies for the United States. But America’s main and most dangerous enemy is internal. The target of this enemy is the American belief system. Once the structure of belief is destroyed so is the country.

The Solution To The Conflict Is A Mutual Security Agreement

The statements and policies of European governments are nonsensical. If chancellor Mertz thinks the future could bring a Russian invasion of Europe, why refuse Putin’s long-standing offer of a mutual security agreement. Far from confronting Europe with hostility, Putin has repeatedly asked for a mutual security agreement that normalizes all relations between Russia and the West. If an intelligent person feared the invasion of his country, would he provoke the invasion with hostile actions against the supposed invader or would he accept the offer of a mutual security agreement and the normalization of relations?

The inconsistency between chancellor Mertz’s expressed fears and his actions is inexplicable. Is there no intelligence anywhere in Europe?
