Authored by Clayton Baker, MD: The prime directive of Western medicine, its golden rule, is expressed by the Latin maxim primum non nocere – first, do no harm. Unfortunately, the Covid era taught us that from the patient’s point of view, a better motto for our times might be caveat emptor – let the buyer beware.

Every medical student is taught that, first and foremost, they should not cause harm to their patients, and every doctor is familiar with this maxim. It is echoed in the Hippocratic Oath, and it forms the basis for the four pillars of medical ethics: autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice.

This rule, and the core tenets of medical ethics that it underpins, were all abandoned during the Covid era. They were replaced with a brutal, inhumane, and unethical martial-law-as-public-health approach to medicine. The results were unconstitutional lockdowns, prolonged school closures, suppression of early treatment, mandated vaccinations, and silencing of dissenting views. These abuses were justified by constant propaganda and lies from public health authorities, the medical establishment, the mainstream media, and medical professional associations.

Christian Priests & Nuns Refuse The Jews' Orders To Leave Their Churches In Gaza City

Authored by Dave DeCamp: Christian priests and nuns based in Gaza City will remain to help displaced people sheltering at two churches despite the Israeli military’s plans to conquer the city, the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem and the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem said in a joint statement on Tuesday.

“At the time of this statement, evacuation orders were already in place for several neighborhoods in Gaza City. Reports of heavy bombardment continue to be received. There is more destruction and death in a situation that was already dramatic before this operation. It seems that the Jewish Israel regime's announcement that ‘the gates of hell will open’ is indeed taking on tragic forms,” the Patriarchates said.

Hundreds of civilians have been sheltering at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Gaza City and the nearby Saint Porphyrius Orthodox Church. Both churches have come under attack by the Jews, including the recent IDF tank shelling of the Holy Family Church, which killed another three Christians and injured Father Gabriel Romanelli, a Catholic priest from Argentina.

Valerie Zink Quits Reuters, Accuses Agency of Enabling Journalist Killings in Gaza

Zink said Reuters’ reporting has contributed to the systematic killing of journalists in Gaza, calling it a “betrayal” of the profession.

The Palestine Chronicle: Canadian photojournalist Valerie Zink has resigned from Reuters after eight years, denouncing the news agency’s coverage of Gaza as a “betrayal of journalists” and accusing it of “justifying and enabling” the killing of 245 media workers in the enclave.

“It has become impossible for me to maintain a relationship with Reuters given its role in enabling the systematic assassination of 245 journalists in Gaza,” Zink wrote Tuesday on the US-based platform X.

Zink, who has worked as a Reuters stringer with her photographs published in outlets including The New York Times and Al-Jazeera, sharply criticized the agency’s reporting after the killing of Palestinian journalist Anas al-Sharif and his colleagues on August 10.

She accused Reuters of amplifying Israel’s “entirely baseless claim” that al-Sharif was a Hamas operative—“one of countless lies that outlets like Reuters have dutifully repeated and dignified,” she said.
