‘Anti-Feminist’ MP Philip Davies Is Parliament’s Best Hope For Actual Equality
By Martin Daubney: If you were a middle-aged white man and your CV were to include: “hates political correctness”, “despised by many feminist MPs” and “openly calls Jeremy Corbyn an idiot”, you perhaps wouldn’t expect to land a plum job on the Women & Equalities Committee.
But that’s precisely what happened yesterday to Philip Davies, firebrand Tory MP for Shipley, campaigner on men’s issues and perpetual thorn in the side of the “politically-correct brigade”, as he’s fond of calling them.
So how fitting is it, that, at Christmas, we can shout of modern feminism’s pantomime villain “he’s behind you!”
On cue, your politically-neutral BBC, Huffington Post, Mirror and Guardian dusted off their pitchforks. Pointedly, many branded him an “anti-feminist”.
It’s worth pointing out Davies has never declared himself anti-feminist, although he has previously shared platforms with some, most notably when he appeared at the International Conference On Men’s Issues in July and infamously said “feminist zealots want women to have their cake and eat it”.
On Twitter, more salt has been poured on Davies’ appointment than on the M25 during a Siberian freeze.

Istanbul 'Modern-Day Witch-Finder Generals' Convention: Approaching UK Ratification
By William Collins aka MRA-UK: I have today sent the letter below to my local MP (copied to Philip Davies). You may wish to do the same (use your own words).
Preventing and Combating Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence (Ratification of Convention) Bill 2016-17
Tomorrow (Friday 16th December 2016) the above Private Members’ Bill comes before the House of Commons for its second reading. The Bill is to be presented by Dr Eilidh Whiteford, SNP Spokesperson for Social Justice, Work and Pensions.
The purpose of the Bill is to ratify the Council of Europe Convention
on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic
violence – known as The Istanbul Convention.
I urge you to vote against the Bill going forward.
The reason is that the Bill is profoundly antithetical to equality, despite being presented in the guise of equality.
The basis of this view is laid out in the attached Appendix.
Appendix: Basis of the view that The Istanbul Convention is Antithetical to Equality
The Istanbul Convention calls for the protection of women and girls ONLY

How Discrimination Against Short Men Is Perpetuated By Women
By A.C. Glasier: I’ve had so many conversations with girls that go something like this: “Get real! Guys have it SO-O-O easy. They don’t have to spend two hours in front of the mirror putting on makeup, just to be considered sexually attractive. Why do you have to judge us based on the way a girl looks? Why do you want us only for SEX? I’m more than just my body!”
So it would seem that women once again find a new way to set themselves as the victim class, thus earn the precious pity that purchases for them their power. Feminism seeks to absolve women of the act of sexual objectification and retain women as the pure, righteous judges of a man’s character rather than base animal lust. It is the popular notion that, while a man will fall for the woman with the best body, women will fall for the man who treats them the best — a nice guy, her best friend, someone who drapes his coat over every puddle so she can walk without getting her feet wet.
HA.
Oh. That’s a good one.
Women are just as capable — perhaps even more so — of objectifying men.
It is true that women of girth are hampered from romantic pursuits.
Israel Is The Second Poorest State In The OECD*
By Gilad Atzmon: The Israeli annual poverty report revealed today that the percentage of the population living under the official poverty line stands on 21.7%. In practice every fifth family in Israel is poor. Israeli Arabs poverty grew to 53.3%. Four out of five East Jerusalemites (Palestinians) live in poverty, a sharp rise over past years.
Zionism, promised to ‘civilise’ the Diaspora Jews and establish an ethical productive society. What we see instead is a gross amplification of the Jewish ghetto condition-a gross divide between rich and poor. And the Palestinians are just 'Goyim du jour.'
