The Christian Church cannot be "conscious of being the fulfilment of everything that took place in the old testament" and simultaneously include Jews, unless those Jews convert to Christianity at which point they cease to be Jews.

Jew is not an ethnicity, it is first a group of people who adhere to a doctrine [chosen-ness, hard core religious bigotry] and it is simultaneously a group of ethnicities, Ashkenazi, Sephardi, etc. all pretending that they are descended from an ethnicity, Hebrew, that has long been extinct.
