Authored by Michael Snyder: We are seeing a massive backlash against the coronavirus lockdowns all over the United States, and it is likely that the protests against these lockdowns will only intensify in the days ahead. 
But some elected officials are doubling down and are insisting that “shelter-in-place” orders will remain in effect in their jurisdictions for quite a few months to come.  I honestly do not know how that is possibly going to work, because after just a few weeks millions upon millions of Americans have become deeply frustrated with these lockdowns.  Trying to confine people to their homes for the foreseeable future is likely to spark tremendous explosions of anger, but that appears to be exactly what authorities intend to do in some of our largest urban areas.
For example, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio just told Fox News that he expects his city will be shut down until July or August…

Those who are interested in the notion of truth and its pursuit recognize what led Professor Relman to blow the whistle on his profession and its standards. His observation can be applied to almost every academic and research domain. Rather than seeking the truth, what our universities and research institutes do most often is to bend an ‘image of truthfulness’ and an ‘illusion of scientific discourse’ to fit with the interests of those who are powerful enough to dictate their views. We do it to our past (history) and to physics, chemistry, biology,  political science, legal studies and most other contemporary scholarly domains.

Congratulations on your campaign’s remarkable turnaround. With Bernie Sanders recent withdrawal from the race, it appears that you will be the Democratic party’s candidate in this year’s presidential election.
But as much as I’d like to, I can’t vote for you. Let me explain why.
First, as an American citizen, I’ve always considered it a privilege—even a sacred obligation—to vote. Except for a few off-year elections I’ve voted in every election since I became eligible in 1972.
But I didn’t vote in the 2016 election, as I felt neither of the candidates were worthy of electing, largely because their poor treatment of women.

2008 Nobel Prize Winner Says Covid-19 Is Human-Made

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: The scientist who discovered the HIV virus and won the 2008 Nobel Prize for Medicine says the Covid-19 virus is human-made and not a natural mutation.  He says , “in order to insert an HIV sequence into this genome, molecular tools are needed, and that can only be done in a laboratory.”  He thinks it's either an American bio-weapon, or the Chinese were searching for an AIDS vaccine and their construction accidentially escaped from the lab.  He adds that the good news is that “Nature does not accept any molecular tinkering, it will eliminate these unnatural changes and even if nothing is done, things will get better, but unfortunately after many deaths.”

Top Gun: Russian Jet Buzzes US Navy Jet In High-Speed 'Inverted Manoeuvre' Near Russia Over Mediterranean

US navy apparently wet themselves when a Russian Jet came close, to keep up international relations, by flipping the US Jet the bird, in a 'Top Gun' style 'Inverted Manoeuvre'.

The Pentagon are crying like little bitches about an incident with the Russian military on Wednesday over the Mediterranean Sea which the US says nearly led to a midair collision, not unlike the cool Maverick 'Inverted Manoeuvre' US propaganda flick 'Top Gun'.
We're told that the incident began when a Russian fighter jet intercepted an American P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft, which is typically used for tracking submarines, at very close range.
Notably as Stars and Stripes describes, the Russian jet was inverted at a high-speed close to the US plane: "a Russian SU-35 performed a high-speed, inverted manoeuvre 5 feet in front of the Navy plane, U.S. Naval Forces targeting Europe-Africa" bleated the US in a statement.
