Suicide Rate Of Men More Than 3x Women's = Women’s Mental Health Needs ‘Not Considered Adequately’?

There is no requirement for the NHS to provide gender-specific mental health services, but its value was recognised by the Department of Health as far back as 2002 in a consultation document called Into the Mainstream, signed off by the then mental health minister Jacqui Smith.
It said: “There will be the need to provide single-sex services in some instances.”
The following year, the Department of Health issued guidance that said: “All organisations should aim to ensure that they are sensitive to gender… and the specific needs of women…
According to official annual figures for the UK, in 2014 the male suicide rate was more than three times higher than the female rate.
However, the female rate increased from 4.8 to 5.2 deaths per 100,000 people while the male rate decreased from 17.8 to 16.8…
The Department of Health said women receive more referrals than men to improving access to psychological therapies services.
More than one million women were in contact with mental health and learning disability services in 2014-15, compared with 829,677 men.

Question 1: I will start by talking about the ceasefire in Syria. Russia, the US, and several countries say a ceasefire could be revived despite the recent violence and the recrimination. Do you agree, and are you prepared to try again?

President Assad: We announced that we are ready to be committed to any halt of operations, or if you want to call it ceasefire, but it’s not about Syria or Russia; it’s about the United States and the terrorist groups that have been affiliated to ISIS and al-Nusra and Al Qaeda, and to the United States and to Turkey and to Saudi Arabia.

Maybe, but also maybe it is time to accept that Jews don’t feel safe anywhere -  not in France, not in Belgium, not in Monroe, NY, not even in Israel despite the IDF being one of the strongest armies in the world. But beware. If Jews do not feel safe anywhere, then makingthe Labour party into a Jewish safe haven may well be considered an anti-Jewish act.
It’s fair to say that Jews have worked hard to make the Labour party and Corbyn supporters, hostile to their interests and their political-lobbying culture.  Yet, despite the intensive Jewish campaign against Jeremy Corbyn, the veteran Left leader again won the mandate by a landslide  (62% of the votes). But in a statement released minutes after the result of leadership contest was announced, Gideon Falter, chairman of the Campaign Against Antisemitism, blasted: “Though we are an apolitical organisation …the Labour Party is no longer a safe place for British Jews.”

Wait to be served by male staff and then purposely leave the waitress less of a tip than him.
