By Doug Mortimer: It may be difficult to believe today, but before #MeToo, a number of people in Hollywood were candid and outspoken about sex and all its ramifications.  Differences between men and women were a given, sex appeal was lauded and flaunted, racy jokes were common…and nobody objected.  I’m not necessarily talking about Hollywood during the silent era or its golden age before television.  Some of the quotes that follow are from actors (or behind-the-scenes movers and shakers) who are still drawing breath.  And none of them sprang from the mind of a screenwriter or publicist.
Producer Harvey Weinstein regularly employed the casting couch and paid a steep price for it.  He didn’t do anything his predecessors hadn’t done.  They didn’t necessarily brag about it but they didn’t try to hide it.  Of course, this was before “privilege” was a curse word.  Rank had its privileges, and that was that.  Consider the following:

How Unchecked Female Hypergamy Destroys Society

With all the shouting about the election, impeachment, Trump’s bogus Palestine “deal” and so many other important political issues competing for airtime with Kobe Bryant’s death and coronavirus fear porn, it feels like we’re already at white noise information saturation, and it’s not even February yet. Things are going to get a whole lot noisier next month when the Democratic presidential primaries (and all the establishment manipulations that will necessarily accompany them) get underway, and Julian Assange’s extradition trial begins.
One of the many interesting developments that I can pluck out of this cacophony to earn my keep here has been the hysterical response to Bernie Sanders’ polling bump from the Bush-era neoconservatives who’ve been rehabilitated by a weird new alliance with the Democratic Party in the age of Trump.

The Democrat and Republican political parties are also all for war. The Democrats won’t even let Tulsi Gabbard participate in the New Hampshire presidential Town Halls, because she is not a partisan of war.

To illustrate the gynocentric bias in scientific research and the impact it has on society, I would like to go through a case study of what I am talking about in detail. There is now a plethora of research and data showing an adult male advantage in general intelligence (men have a higher average IQ of roughly 3-5 IQ points). Despite this reality, this large body of research and its findings are ignored and kept from the public by academic gatekeepers. Don’t believe me? Watch this presentation²⁶. The truth is inconvenient and runs against the gynocentric narrative, so the research is ignored. That is the gynocentric filter operating in science. Males are not “allowed” to have any ability of value to a greater degree than women and reporting such a thing is sexist blasphemy. Of course there is no problem in reporting strengths women have relative to men though. That gets you published, earns you a plum academic position and appearances on television.

The Palestinians were tossed by the side of the road and abandoned to their fate. Right-wing Israel is delighted, left-wing Israel is lost as usual, and the world is silent. It’s the end of the world.
