RN: Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the successful conduct of an offensive military operation to liberate the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) from Ukrainian troops. Within two weeks, Russian troops surrounded and eliminated groups in the Gorsky cauldron, in the areas of Lisichansk and Severodonetsk. Russian troops took control of 25 settlements, the largest of which are Severodonetsk, Zolote, Gorskoye, Volcheyarovka. This military operation was completed on July 3, 2022 with the liberation of one of the largest cities of the Lugansk People's Republic - Lisichansk.

Think tanks, a misnomer if ever there was one, operate under an "academic exception" that allows for engagement in "bona fide religious, scholastic, academic, or scientific pursuits or the fine arts."

"Because of the NatGas bottlenecks, entire industries are in danger of permanently collapsing: aluminum, glass, the chemical industry," Yasmin Fahimi, the head of the German Federation of Trade Unions, told the newspaper Bild am Sonntag. 

Fahimi warned: "Such a collapse would have massive consequences for the entire economy and jobs in Germany."

Economics Minister Robert Habeck was quoted by Bloomberg on Saturday saying the government is working to address surging energy costs for utilities and power costs for businesses and households. He warned weeks ago Germany should prepare for further cuts NatGas.
