RN: Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the successful conduct of an offensive military operation to liberate the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) from Ukrainian troops. Within two weeks, Russian troops surrounded and eliminated groups in the Gorsky cauldron, in the areas of Lisichansk and Severodonetsk. Russian troops took control of 25 settlements, the largest of which are Severodonetsk, Zolote, Gorskoye, Volcheyarovka. This military operation was completed on July 3, 2022 with the liberation of one of the largest cities of the Lugansk People's Republic - Lisichansk.

RN: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, at a press conference in Belarus, answered journalists' questions regarding the situation in the world raised as a result of Russia's Special Military Operation in Ukraine. Theses: The West is counting on the unconditional obedience of all other states to their will, which reflects their selfish interests, primarily the interests of the United States. We have been convinced more than once that modern Europe, represented by the European Union, is losing its independence, or even those signs of independence that it had. At the NATO summit in Madrid, the decisions taken are in flagrant violation of the Founding Act, primarily with regard to NATO's obligations not to permanently deploy significant combat forces on the territory of new, Eastern European, NATO members.
