UK Judge Refuses Julian Assange Extradition To The US

The Sun: Live outside London's Central Criminal Court today, Monday, January 4 as the verdict for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange's extradition case to the United States is handed down. The decision comes after US President Donald Trump issued several pardons to political allies and faced pressure by defenders of Assange to stop the prosecution and grant him a pardon before he leaves office on January 20. If the judge rules in favour of the extradition, Assange risks life in prison in the US facing charges related to soliciting, receiving and sharing classified US military and diplomatic materials.
