Freedom v Humanity: When A Feminist Has To Choose - Shocking Debate

Ask An Older Man

Alternative Older Man Angelos Agathangelou: In response to a comment made by 'Older Man'. How many of those "women's eggs" does it take to make an omelette?

No I'm not trying to make a joke, I'm trying to make the point, or perhaps an objection to the IMO overly simplistic general conception, not to take away from the premise of Older Man's other interesting considerations here.

What women release from their ovaries are far from what we understand to be 'eggs' as Older Man described them, they do not include the placenta/nutrients and virtually all that's required to bring them to term along with the warmth that can be supplied by a lamp, they are cells known as oocyte or ovum.

When our male sex cells Spermatozoa join the party, that are actually animate and can physically swim and that's way more cool than a boring inanimate cell like an ovum, then the combination becomes a zygote and it's still not an egg.

These important facts about human reproduction are underplayed in discourse on this matter to men's detriment and I object as should we all, because we are past the days of men standing up when women enter the room and women respecting men in return and therefore the real importance of each sex's role must be fully examined and understood.

Is Spermatozoa issued by us men, that is after all already animate, actually more crucial to reproduction than an inanimate ovum?

Perhaps if we consider this matter closely as we issue our animate mini me, men should also have the right to say, my mini me, ergo my body, my choice!
